I had an excellent experience here with Jason and Justin. My laptop crashed and I wanted to see if it was worth repairing. While I was at it I also had an old external hard drive I could not access and an older laptop for which I had forgotten the password. I called and then took all three to their office. They were super responsive and had answers to me in less than a day on all three. Both Jason and Justin were nice, professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The first laptop was DOA as was the old external hard drive. The old laptop though they were able to pull all files from. And now I'm looking at old digital photos I haven't had access to in probably about 10 years that they loaded for me on a new external drive. Thankfully I had my newer laptop backed up online. Tech firms face the stereotype of technicians who are unpleasant and poor communicators, as well as oftentimes not responsive in a timely manner. The hcqs screen is perfect. This firm was the exact opposite. I highly recommend for PC and Apple repair and service needs. Their fee was reasonable and fair. They did tell me that they work at client locations a lot and don't always have someone at their office. Be sure to call ahead.
