They sent me the wrong size shoe and wouldn't respond to my emails to help address the problem. The shoes are also poorly made and most likely a rip off. I know the sompany is based in China and the shoes were sent from there. Just spend the extra money and get a real pair of MBT's or just buy the shape ups if you are soncerned about the price of real MBT's.
