Do not order from this company. They have no physical address and they only communicate thru email. They don't honor their return/exchange policy. They say if your shoes are ordered within the U.S. they will send you a return form. WARNING! NONE OF THEIR SHOES COME FROM INSIDE THE U.S.! All from China! Horrible customer service. The shoes I ordered say 9.5, which is what I wear, but the shoes are a good shoe size and a half smaller an (8) than any other MBT shoes I own.

Oh my, they are the worst! What everyone else said times 6 bad. They do NOT deserve even one star! Maybe a minus one star. Their customer service is non-existent at best, and they are out right lair's!
Worst customer Service Ever! Shoes doesn't fit right---no returns or ex change and no customer service # be careful you will be stuck with the product.
Complete agree with previous posts - wish I had found them before I purchased. MBTExpert does not honor their customer service policy, will not tell you how to return, and will leave you stuck with their substandard product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
