The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this cherry blossom chest is a very fine piece. The front is really lovely and the wood on both sides has a very nice grain. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

I am so pleased with this couch. I've already fallen asleep on it numerous times. My dog loves it too; he's a shedder but it's barely even visible with the plush texture and it's easy to clean. Delivery time was a bit long (just about 5 weeks from the day I ordered it), but well worth the wait. The installation was free and the company kept me up to date and did a great job placing it just where I wanted. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have picked a better sofa set for our family, it's very beautiful with deep & wide spacious seating. It's also very soft & luxurious to the feel,the cushions to sit on aren't to soft or to hard actually they're perfect, it's like relaxing on a big pillowy bed. The throw pillows are feathered,so you'll have to fluff them to your likeness other than that, this a very beautiful & well made sectional.

I called and called for a week everyday trying to get some info on a few pieces of furniture.staying on hold for 30 min or more each time and finally got someone 2 times but she was no help really just rushing me off the phone and then hung up before I could even ask questions I had . I did purchase online and hope I made the right choice since your customer service was no help at all.

I purchased two of Monaco Pearl White Leather Arm chairs. These chairs are classy and comfortable. My husband made a joke saying " I have to change my pants to sit down here" and said "pricey but worthy enough to call His and Hers chairs". The height of arm rest and back are the same and I did not know that this design added more comfort to the function (sitting). Service was great also.

Recommend purchase of Steel Gray Leather furniture for both family/living rooms, quality, comfort, affordability, and size. Delivered as promised with white glove professionals, assembled, and placed where I wanted within my home. Kudos!

Watch out from buying from this place. Their furniture is cheap… They sold me a defective leather chair, that was damaged in transit or something and then spray painted it to cover it up. Tried to return it and they won't let me. Their "Customer Service" is a joke Make sure you do massive research before you buy. I posted similar comments on IG and they blocked me. They used to be named Renegade Furniture and changed their name because of their bad reviews and deceptive business practices. They have almost 600 complaints in the last 3 years and a C+ rating. Buyer beware! Spend your money elsewhere!

Website easy to view. I found exactly what I wanted. I was referred to an 800 number regarding delivery. I called and spoke with Ed who was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Ed represents your company well.

Prices were great, services better than in-store for the same pieces. Delivery was quick and easy. I feel well taken care of.

This is by far the best deal for good quality furniture! It's exactly the same furniture in the store but at a cheaper price! Typical go online make the purchase of the exact item you want! They keep you up to date as to when the arrival will be. Once delivered it's carried in a an put together! Even better than what i saw in the store! It's comfortable and looks amazing in the house!

Coleman furniture had the best price for the couch I purchased. The piece I got is gorgeous AND kid friendly. Incredibly durable even with my toddlers crawling all over it. Delivery & communication were seamless. I would definitely order from here again.

Chat person was helpful. I was a little put off by the lengthy terms agreement, but decided to take a chance. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Coleman took my money and over a month later have still not delivered, despite projected delivery dates. A construction project is waiting on this and they refuse to allow me to cancel without a 15% fee for their failure. BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION. They insist that their terms and conditions show that they can have indefinite delays and we as customers have no recourse.

Recently bought a sidebar from this company. After a few weeks that they sent me note indicating that the furniture has shipped and I should be receiving it with ten days or so. After fifteen days I got another letter informing me that the shipment is delayed. I questioned how it could be delayed if it already shipped two weeks ago. They explained that that was sent in error. In any case I finally got the piece a month later. Two hours after the delivery, I noticed significant manufacturing flaw or damage on it. I contacted them with pictures and their so called customer service is reading me the fine print in their conditions of sale. Basically amounting to that I signed for it so tough luck.
Companies like this should not be in business. Please avoid buying anything from these guys.

Ive dealt with some Real winners in the past but this place is full of... It. Never ever ever buy from this scam garbage company. And I use that term loosely. Such crap service. Complete and total lies. They cant track your items bc they arent going anywhere. Absolutely do not pay the BS fees they try to tack on. This is fraud in the simplest terms.

Liked the refined selecting process. Decent deals compared to other sites. Please promote other financing options besides Affirm. Had issues with them while trying to purchase through a different vendor and very poor customer service that lead me in circles on their end so highly recommend promoting others instead. Other than that good so far.

Amazing variety of entertainment center wall units. Found a very classy one. Website easy to navigate. Lots to see...Fantastic that they not only deliver but assemble and install. It takes some time to get but it's more than worth it. Quality is over the top... Bought a beautiful white entertainment center for about half the price of Wayfair. And a lot less than the other furniture websites. So pleased. Shopping for more pieces to add to my new livingroom.

People, don't shop here! They are completely unprofessional. I ordered a $1000 table that was damaged and Coleman's "reserves the right" to have a furniture repair person fix it, except now the furniture repairman has cancelled their appointments... TWICE. So I haven't been able to use my table for months now, and Coleman's response is oh well, not my problem

It was easy to know I was making a good purchase from the beginning. The website and product page had all the details I needed to instill confidence. The reviews were helpful. As soon as I placed my order, I received an email confirming it and giving estimates on the delivery date. The deliver itself was straightforward, and the sectional is beautiful and comfortable.

I was very impressed with the fast shipping and service provided by Coleman Furniture. I purchased four counter stools and immediately received a shipping notification within the same day. I was also reached out by customer support to see if I wanted to purchase a warranty which I thought was nice (although I did not purchase). The product arrived unscathed and I was very happy with how the stools look assembled. Would definitely consider purchasing another product from Coleman Furniture!

I Purchased a media center made of solid wood
and received free shipping and set up. The company that came to do set up were careful with the product, installed it very quickly and provide me with instructions. The men were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings. Overall the product is of excellent quality and has added so much character to my living space. I would definitely recommend Coleman Funiture products to anyone looking for solid wood furniture.

There was a sort delay in the delivery of my product. The I dividual from Coleman assured me that the delay would be resolved and it was.

Its good, hoping that the furniture can be delivered to inside of my condo unit up 6 flights of stairs. Crossing my fingers and toes! Thanks!
