I ordered two necklaces and a wrist cuff to wear for some upcoming holiday events at work, and just received them two days ago. The package arrived undamaged and the jewelry was nicely presented, also unharmed. I tried them on right away and was amazed at how great everything looked. You truly get what you pay for - this was well worth the investment.

Terrible terrible company. Terrible service and cheap and nasty products. When you return the product (at your own cost) you will never receive a replacement or alternative item. They simply ignore you.

I ordered two necklaces and a wrist cuff to wear for some upcoming holiday events at work, and just received them two days ago. The package arrived undamaged and the jewelry was nicely presented, also unharmed. I tried them on right away and was amazed at how great everything looked. You truly get what you pay for - this was well worth the investment.

Easily my favorite place to buy unique jewelry, I almost do not want to tell any of my friends where I shop because I don't want them having the exact same pieces.

I got a wonderful ruby pendant from max and chloe and it arrived on my doorstep perfectly safe. I was worried it would get lost in the shipping.

Really great jewelry from different sources and in really affordable prices. I have used this site a couple of times and they've always delivered perfectly. I will keep using them in the future, and they are really awesome overall. Highly recommended.

Max and Chloe have some of the best selection of earrings and bracelets on the internet at much better prices than say the mall diamond stores.

Such a great deal I got for my girlfriend's birthday. She loved the ring and I got it for a steal of a price compared to zales at the shopping mall.

Wish I could rate a 0. Save yourself and do not ever order from maxandchloe.com. Horrible order turn around time (4 weeks and 3 phone calls to even ship item) and horrible customer service (I finally got someone on the phone only to be hung up on). 3 months and better business bureau contact later-I am still waiting on a refund.

Returned a necklace for repair in July and still have not received it or a replacement. I have filed a complaint with the Miami BBB and when there was no response from Max and Chloe to them it was suggested I contact the Florida State Attorney General's office which I did last week.
Their customer service is virtually non extistent. When the phone is answered [which is rare] nothing is resolved.

Do not buy products from this company.

I purchased the urban sweet pea birth stones for my wife. One of the birth stone fell out of the necklace in less than a week. Max and Chloe would not refund my money and wanted me to take their necklace to the jewelry store to have it fixed at my expenses.

They would not provide me a credit and would not take the product back.

And, I, too, am surprised by the positive reviews as it contradicts other reviews on other Web sites.

I ordered a gift on December 9th and now on December 23rd it has not been delivered and apparently the order was never processed. When you call customer service they say the company is under new management and they will take a message. This company is shameful how little they care about their business. DO NOT ORDER FROM MAX&CHLOE. You'll be sorry if you do. The five star reviews must have been written by shils.

My husband ordered a necklace from this company and thought that it would make a nice present. When it arrived the necklace looked very cheap and did not look like the pretty brushed gold that he had seen on the website. I didn't like it. I thought oh just return it ave get a refund. The real problem with this was trying to return the product. You can't. Any pendant with Any letters on it are considered personalized items. Even if the pendent were to have just one letter on it it is still thought if as a personalized item so the company claims that they cannot take these back. They told me that since it is personalized they cannot sell the item. Here is the thing I don't understand... after a long horrible back and forth with customer service, getting hung up on and waiting for days for responses I talked to someone and they told me that they would replace the necklace with a new one. Which is not what I wanted at all. I don't like the necklace. But I would also have to return the old one cause they recycle the material. So what in the world are they talking about... We can't resell the item... You reuse it... just give my husband his money back so that we can forget this company ever existed

Followed up by email as I had not received my items. No reply, Called twice & left messages with a promise to forward. No call back. Spoke to my credit card company who have reversed the charges & are doing an investigation. I was fooled by a great looking site. Didn't do the research first. But I got my money back.

I am very surprised by the positive reviews on this website, as it contradicts many other reviews websites as well as my own experience.

My boyfriend spent more than 600$ on a ring for Christmas, and the payment was authorized on his credit card, as shown on his bank account. It was supposed to ship between 4-6 weeks (a long delay, but we figured it was reasonable since it was a 'made to ship' order). 7 weeks later, nothing was even shipped. I wrote 2 emails regarding shipping timing and got absolutely no answer. I called the company and was told by a sale assistant that they would look into my order and get back to me. They never did, although I left my phone number and email address. Days later, I cancelled my email through their website, then got a message claiming that due to an error, the payment was never made and this was why the ring was never shipped (keep in mind, this was only after I threatened legal actions if they did not cancel my order).

If it was really the case, then why wasn't I informed? Why was the payment authorized on my boyfriend's Visa? I managed to get the money back and the order cancelled, but I was appalled by the mediocrity of customer service.

Apparently, I wasn't the only one. Please be careful before ordering online and check out different websites for reviews.
