There is no possible way these guys are averaging 5 stars. They have to be picking and choosing what posts go up. Got there and in 20 minutes they had my vehicle in the garage. 3 hours later they had finally completed putting 4 tires on! Thats it, 4 tires. 3 hours! In observing them after about 2 hours I found out why it took so long. They were busy standing around and talking, cursing and watching videos on their phones. Finally, after they were done and told us to have a nice day, I got in the car and noticed the tire pressure system was alerting me to the fact that something wasn't right. I waited to see if it would reset and show the correct pressure. As I was waiting the guy that was doing the tires comes running over with air hose and says "I'm glad I caught you before you left". Interesting comment. I told him what the sensors were showing, then he asked me what the correct tire should be... keep in mind this is the employee that mounted the new tires, shouldn't he know how to read the label in the door jam? Its 34psi, 3 of the sensors were reading 46 - 48 psi and one was showing 0. They were going to let us drive away knowing full well they had not done a proper job inflating the tires. He began to let air out of the front left tire and the sensors showed pressure being relieved from the rear tire! Yes, thats right they didn't track the tires to know which one went where. They were all mixed up. They finally got the tire pressure close to 34psi then had to do a reset through the computer to get it to relearn where the tires were. There is now a vibration in the front end. I obviously will have to take this mess somewhere else to see what is wrong,, they should pay for this! Unbelievable! Won't go back there.
**Update... I received a call from 'Chad' who was covering for the district manager and I was supposed to hear back from the store manager and get the cost of the tire balancing back. Well after 6 calls and 2 months now, I have not heard from the store manager nor have I heard back from the DM. I called back 6 times and left a voice mail every time. Nothing, no response, no voice mails. This is inline with the type of service I received at the location so I guess no surprise! I see a comment that says to call them but 1. I was told they would call me and 2. I was not aware of their response here and how would I know unless I monitored my review. Do what you want but we won't ever go back to a Mavis and again, there's no possible way that have that high of a rating with this kind of service so you know the reviews are manipulated.
