Very strong customer service commitment by their staff, especially the email response team and the online instant chat support agents. However, response to my message sent directly to the writer was not promptly forthcoming. I had to resend it for even the admin to notice and contact the primary writer via phone call. UPDATE: Their team contacted me and made it clear why there were delays in responding to my queries posted under the order page. It was all my bad!
They are very unfair in terms of how they price their papers. If it is the same cluster of writers handling all the papers, why are the higher level papers charged more? I paid for an order and selected an upper level, and 2 of my mates who ordered at a lower level received grades superior to mine, yet I was the one who paid a higher financial price.
Just before my recent trip I took a leap of faith and placed my dissertation in their hands.The entire trip I kept worrying about what they would prepare. All that anxiety was a waste. This dissertation is better than I would hv done myself. Only wish I could retake my trip :(
