Very strong customer service commitment by their staff, especially the email response team and the online instant chat support agents. However, response to my message sent directly to the writer was not promptly forthcoming. I had to resend it for even the admin to notice and contact the primary writer via phone call. UPDATE: Their team contacted me and made it clear why there were delays in responding to my queries posted under the order page. It was all my bad!
They are very unfair in terms of how they price their papers. If it is the same cluster of writers handling all the papers, why are the higher level papers charged more? I paid for an order and selected an upper level, and 2 of my mates who ordered at a lower level received grades superior to mine, yet I was the one who paid a higher financial price.
Why does the quality drop with the lowering of the academic level? All students need quality writing, right? Its not like a senior does not want a well organized paper.
Was this writer scared of expounding on the results of the experiment? That part of the dissertation reads like it was concisely summarised, making the final punchline a bit weak. I could have easily allowed him/her to exceed the word count.
