I took my wife to maurices just to check it out. The employees greeted us with a Welcome to maurices. Being a man I though it was going to be one of those days. The employees made it a joyful experience. Thanks guys
Just wish their jeans would Hold up an not Rip or Tear within a few Months. I bought my Jeans in October of 2023, an the Belt Loops already tore off, now the Thighs are Tearing already and I've only had them for 4 months. They need to do better on their Quality of Jeans. Instead of making them so Cheap. I have a pair of Torrid jeans that are a Starting to tear after 4yrs of having them.

Buyer beware! Do not get a Maurice's credit card. The bank they deal with, Conmity, took over $300 from my credit card erroneously twice! I made a payment online of $30 and got charged over $300. It was corrected overnight once but it happened again in the same month and now Maurice's says "sorry, it'll take 5 to 10 business days for me to have access to my funds. It's a scam! All I got from a manager from Maurices' is sorry. I live on social security and need access to my funds but instead I have an overdraft. I will never deal with Maurices Clothing again!
The merchandise may be okay, but the employees no way. They are gossipy, rude and unpleasant. Need to e happy when spending hard earned money.

I placed my first ordered at mauruces.com. Added two sweaters since they were on sale since I was ordering the jeans. At no point during checkout was I informed the the pants were out of stock or backordered. They charged my card the full amount. I went to check status today, and the jeans show 0 quantity. Contacted customer service. Was told pants on backorder. No date for when the pants will be in stock. Asked to cancel the tops since I wasn't informed. Representative refused. Asked if they could refund the pants, which I have no idea when they will be coming. Representative refused and offered me a coupon. Absolutely ridiculous. This is my first and last time shopping here. I'll be returning anything that arrives if it ever comes.

Asked an employee about some underwear on display and she told me she just clocked and does not know anything about the items. She didn't even direct me to another employee on the clock, she just casually walked away. I understand she checked out and might have places to be but I would've understood if she called someone else's attention to my enquiries. What made it worse, I'm visiting from Jamaica and is always checking out their website only to come in person and be disappointed by the first employee I met.

August 27: I ordered 3 items on-line and promptly received them Sept 1. The quality was good, but they did not fit well.
Sept 6: Return started
Sept 12: Maurices confirmed return receipt and promised prompt refund to original payment method. Oct 3: Refund was finally issued to my PayPal account and then was immediately cancelled/voided.
Oct 6: I emailed Maurices regarding the status of my return but never received reply.
Oct 13: I called their Customer Service and was told they were unable to refund to PayPal and would I like a store credit or a check. When I asked for ETA on a check I was told 6-8 weeks or longer. I said no to both options.
My agreement with Maurices was to refund to my original payment method. Now I am getting the runaround. Maurice is refusing to refund my $92 as agreed on. My advise is just say no to doing business with this company.
I applied for credit card to get the BENEFITS THEY SAY THEY OFFER, got approved on the spot. Could not use the card on their end so the benefits they offered if I got approved I did not get. They never mailed me a card, went to the store had to get help there. Store was great, they said customer service sending new card. Got that card, I tried to use that card to get the benefits they stated they offered if you use their card, again, could not use that card since that card was mailed to me WITHOUT a expiration date. When I called to ask about the date they said, "sorry, we need to mail you another card". They did. Same thing happened, no expiration date. Called them because I wanted to make an online purchase again. I then asked how I could purchase what I wanted online and to still get the BENEFITS OF USEING THEIR CARD with my online purchase, they said, "sorry, you cannot"...so, another purchase made my AMEX to get what I wanted BUT STILL NO CARD BENEFITS WERE GOING TO BE GIVEN TO ME...NO REASON TO HAVE THEIR CREDIT CARD. Pain in the butt, I tried to close my credit card and they said it will automatically close in 5-8 months if I do not use it. I asked why I could not close it right now, they said it will automatically close and it currently has a $0 balance so there is no issue with that. I stated, "zero balance because I cannot use it", they replied, "we can send you another card". NOPE, 3rd card in 2 months that I could not use...service is horrible and benefits they offer with a card was a nightmare and never did get.

I ordered some women's tops but received two little girls size 8 sweaters the store refused to help me return. I called customer service who said they issued a return but it has never come. Terrible customer service and stealing from a customer!
I got two pairs of blue jeans. Stained my tennis shoes and other clothing even after being washed. I feel like the material is strong but bleeds.
I ordered 9 items on the 10th during a sale then they cancelled 7 items a few days later "due to unavailable inventory or unforeseen circumstances", but they were still selling the same items, only not on sale any longer! They didn't want to sell on sale what they could sell at full price?! What a waste of my time.

Maurice's is unable to process online orders in a timely fashion. They sent a tracking number for my September order to NM, That indicates it delivered in July to Wisconsin. Can't get customer service to answer anything. I will never buy from them again

I've been a cardholder for 13 years. And I have been locked out of my account for months! All I get from customer service is that their password resets are handled by another company and they can't help me. Maurice's has known about this problem for awhile and refuses to take the necessary steps to correct this problem!
I will be paying off my card and no longer do business with them
Placed my first order with Maurices online and it will be my last. Order has been stuck in processing for almost 10 days. I have reached out to customer service multiple times through email and Facebook with zero response. At this point I don't even want the items any more and it would be great if I could just cancel the order so that I can buy from somewhere else but I guess I can't since they have no customer service. Two thumbs down for Maurice's!

Order if you can wait an indefinite amount of time to receive your items. Order summer stuff in winter and your items will be received in May. Order winter stuff in June and you'll have your order by November.
Made the mistake of buying a gift card online to pick up at the store. DON'T DO IT! The store never recieved it, even though I got repeated emails telling me it was ready to pick up at that store. The sweet gals at the store were on hold with customer service for 4o mins. And where assured my $300 refund was on the way. Never was. I called customer service and said they couldn't help me - had to go to a different dept. that would "get back to me". Theft.
I paid my account in full and later figured out that there was a $9 fee for a payment applied yet that day... they never mentioned the $9 fee for that...which they then charged a late fee on for $6 when I had paid the balance in full.

I contacted customer service after waiting 2 weeks for my package/order to be shipped. It was marked as shipped, finally, but 5 days later had no updates in tracking, stating it hadn't been picked up. They were very unhelpful, to a point of being rude. The agent took no responsibility, didn't offer to help, and assured me it should be "picked up" by shipper in the next week. That's 3 weeks just to get something shipped. My order had 2 items, not rocket science as far as I'm concerned!
I bought 8 items I wanted to return 3. I never got the preprinted label. I live in Vancouver Canada. First I try to do the return online wouldn't let me do it. I contacted costumer service by chat and phone after more than an hr. They wouldn't help me they told me the can't send me a label, keep telling to go to a US store and return it. They keep saying sorry but at the end they didn't do anything. Why is so hard to do return in this store, and why they can't send another label. Not only paid in USD now I cant get my money back. The bill was paid in full, 6 days early, in the store. The next credit card statement included interest and a $30 late fee. After spending hours on the phone, successive representatives with poor English skills denied that any payment had been made because they had no record of it. Bank statement confirmed payment was made (check cashed). A call to the store confirmed their record of the payment (I have the receipt and offered to provide it to the credit card rep). The store rep called the credit card dept. (3-way call) but they would not listen to her either! Not sure how to deal with such blind ineptitude.
