I will continue placing my orders with Massey catalog.I get compliments about my shoes / boots / clothes that I order from Massey catalog. My packages comes within three to four day 'THAT OKAY' and I have been always satisfy with my order's.shopping with massey there Customers services they are nice and professional and polite to me ever time.I like to say to Massey's company I'm glad to have meet you to become a customer. Masseys says you spend $250.00 you get $100.00 Off your Order! Don't be deceived there are Restrictions & everywhere it says that you save the money there are UGGS & UGGS are excluded but they don't tell you till you Call! The Customer Service Reps are very Snippy & when u ask a question they make you feel $#*!ed. Im Sorry I don't like saying that word I usually say Botard & there's people that can't help it. I do apologize. I asked for Supervisor & I think they give u to whoever they want. They are Overseas agents which is everywhere now but usually I can't understand them & when u ask to speak to someone else they will not give u to someone else & they argue with u that they can help you? But I can't understand u? What is going on with Masseys? I order for my Mom she can't see so I do it for her. It really aggravates me that my Mom is 70 yrs.old and they would take advantage of her by lying about $100.00 off $250.00 She originally wanted to buy 3 pair of UGG Sandals 1 for her & 1 for me (daughter) & 1 for her Granddaughter (my Daughter) we all have bad Backs & Legs & Feet. I don't know why there $139.00 for UGG Sandals but with just 2 pair ordered it was $279.98. This is messed up Masseys should be in trouble for False Advertisement & Staff should be Nicer but they never are. Theres Know excuse for any of this...

I don't know if its me, but I think there is a little bait, and switch going on. Look at a clearane item showed one price, pick a different color and larger size same make, and design its full price.
Buy a pair of 55.99 shoes, with s & h costing me $80 for a pair of shoes
Pay so much for shipping & handling, and returns, compared to other companies.
Heaven help if you have to return something because its not a full cut. They never give free shipping. Even if you're a loyal customer. Damn spend 100 plus no free shipping smh
Time to start saving my money, and shop in a brick and mortar store or a better online company

I received a catalog and saw a brand of boots that I have been really wanting so I ordered a pair. I knew I was going to be paying more but figured it was a Christmas gift to myself. They ended up being too big so I returned them and ordered 2 others to try and would keep the one that fit. I ALWAYS have a hard time finding shoes that fit right. Anyway by the time I received these I had figured out what the correct size and width would be. I eventually purchased a pair of boots for $149.00 and had a coupon EACH time I had placed an order. Once all was said and done I received a final bill of $239.00! I find that a little extreme for one pair of boots! I know I returned two orders but still I used coupons and common sense would tell ANYONE that no one would want to pay $90 more than the original price posted. I have called so many times to speak to someone it's ridiculous! I asked for a supervisor I got placed on hold for a half hour then got disconnected! Funny thing is they have NO PROBLEM contacting me looking for money! It's so crazy!
I have sent numerous letters asking for assistance and have gotten nowhere!
So just take notice of what you are dealing with! Please beware of there customer service team, it is absolutely horrible! There was actually one woman I spoke to that was somewhat helpful but unfortunately my last return had not been processed yet so nothing could be done. At that time they were trying to bill me for close to $500!
So FRUSTRATING!

Up until now I've been happy with their products and service. I recently called them to find out why my monthly payments amount had not gone down. According to their chart anything under $500 should only be a minimum payment of $40 per month. Anything over $500 is 10% of your balance. What it does not say is that once you are over $500 you will continuously be billed 10% of your bill until you reach a balance of 0. At one time my balance was $755.60. Now even though it's almost down to $400 I am still being charged $75.56 and not $40 as their website states you'll be charged. Don't let these guys fool you.

Customer service will but you back into a long waiting line if you dispute anything. They are unorganized and will charge you extra and billing is horrible. The clothes run small but the hassle isn't worth the unreasonable horrible Customer not service experience. Take your money fast but slow to help get orders and billing straight beware!

I have been a customer's of MASSEY's for many years because they sell the wide & extra wide width shoes. Although I pay over the average cost, I don't mind b/c I like to have comfortable shoes to wear. But today I have had it! My order got shipped to the wrong address and a very rude, ignorant supervisor told me that it was my fault I didn't get my order b/c I did not check my shipping address (which is untrue). Massey delivered my order to my old address - now I am out of my new running shoes, she told me that I need to get up off my butt and go to the address and retrieve my package. I am a 63 years old woman & I dont feel like fighting or arguing with anyone. Then she told me I should be more responsible and hung up on me. I have spent over $850 at Massey in a year time... Tell me would you continue to shop at a place where a customer service supervisor hang's up on you or didnt care whether you got your order or not?!?!? I am done with Massey's. I am going to do my research and find another company that sale wide/extra wide shoes. Very dissatisfied customers.

I'd never heard of Masseys but I received a catalogue in the mail a couple of months ago. When I looked inside I was surprised to see that it had a lot of modern brands like Ugg's, Sorel etc. I normally am a stickler for reading reviews before I sign up for anything but I guess I was excited and just went for it & ordered a few things online. My items shipped pretty quickly but I didn't realize everything would come thru Fed Ex & the driver would just leave them outside of my apartment building without ringing my doorbell. So of course one of my pkgs was stolen. I called into customer service & spoke with the most obnoxious agent I have ever encountered. As I told her what happened, she interrupted me repeatedly. Instead of her stopping to listen like most agents do she just continued to talk over me & it was incredibly rude & frustrating. She told me that Fed Ex does not have to ring my bell, and I should've requested a signature delivery. I told her that I ordered online & there wasn't a signature option. In order to prove me wrong, she went on the site & clicked through, but saw that I was right. So she said oh I guess you can only do that if you call in, I said well ma'am it's my first time ordering so how would I have known that? She softened a little & told me that I would need to submit a tracer in order to get a refund or the item replaced, & the tracer would have to be mailed out. However she refused to send it because she claimed she had no idea which item I was missing since I had ordered 4 things. Even though I told her I received an email saying which item was delivered & stolen & I'm sure she could've looked it up herself. But she still refused & said well you have to wait until your other item arrives tomorrow, & sarcastically said hopefully that one doesn't get stolen too. I had to call back & request a tracer from someone else who was a bit nicer. I mailed the tracer back & requested my money back for the stolen item. It took them about 2 wks to give me the credit. The rest of my items were delivered & had no issues because I only ordered things from brands I was already familiar with. However the service was so horrible, I would never order anything else from them. One & done.

Better than - MasonEasyPay.com ( Parent Company) RUDE people - Bad Customer Service. Yes you will get shoes but be prepared to get treated badly!
