These guys heavily promote via social media, with outstanding discounts, beautiful pictures of products and promise 7 days delivery. I have been waiting for my products for the past 2 months and they don't want to give any refund.
They keep sending me a tracking number which doesn't exist in the courier system they selected (the cheapest of all in my country.)
This is just unacceptable.
Customer service respond fast, but all they offer is a 75% credit for another purchase. Do i really want to renew the experience?
I don't think so.

Your online store is unique in every sense of the word and so user friendly, I am so looking forward for my new outfit. I chose that Dorian Jacket because I know I am going to be one of the only Motswana to put it on and look outstanding. I have loved it since I saw it. I will send you guys a photo of me putting it on when it arrives.

I ordered quite few items at once.
First they send it at different times, meaning I'll be paying for every parcel's custom fees.
Just received the first parcel, paid £14 in custom fees and realised the items are way under the quality I have paid for.
Expecting at least 2 other parcels, so at least £28 more to pay, and now expecting the same low quality is annoying. Of course I don't have time or energy or even money to pay for them to be sent back.
The photo is showing the jacket quality, which is not the quality you'd expect from a £50 jacket, looks like a tracksuit jacket. Horribly made.
Total scam, not happy at all.

So far everything is OK and fair enough and I am waiting to receive my order successfully and promptly without delay in a suitable time and via a respectable first class courier services firm to give it to a friend as present on his birthday by the end of the month of May with a strict continuous follow up from Masorini's side to complete the image and perfection... Probably the worst merchandise I ever bought online. First a pair of cheap, rubber smelling shoes that I could not even wear for a few minutes without my feet hurting. Returning it was so expensive that I gave them to Goodwill. Since they were offering a discount coupon in lieu of returning the shoes, I decided to get a free pair of sunglasses. Again a $2 pair they sell for $40+. Total scam!

I will wait for the first item to come and after planning to get more.
Do not like long delivery, may be could be improved in a future.

The page gave clear information about the products and services that were available.
I could find some information regarding my payment and they sent me a message to verify if I still wanted to go through with the purchase. I will advise when I receive the package of the fit.

Ordered "Mitchel Casual Shoes" from Masorini.com. Had to wait for 3 months for delivery. The shoes were total trash when they finally came, went straight to the bin. I complained and was offered a discount voucher for 75% of the price or to send it back. Will never shop from them again.

Receive the water today looks nothing like what was in the picture looks actually like a Charles bracelet won't fit around my wrist and my wrist aren't very large red so many negative reviews I won't waste my time trying to get my money back fair warning do not I repeat do not do business with this company

This company is a scam. Probably doesn't even exist. They will bill your debit card and send you nothing. Then it's nothing but email tag forever. They took $50 of my money and I never received anything.

I'd give a zero if I could. Looks like a scam. No way to contact them except through email. I ordered in early January and still haven't received the shoes I ordered. They have auto reply to emails that say someone will get back to you but they never do.

Very well presented and easy to purchase without unnecessary procedure, pricing is very fair too. Will definitely shop here again

Definitely mostly fake reviews. I decided to order 1 items after seeing a Face book add of a jacket and that looked great. The jacket arrived after one month (directly from China) and had nothing to do with the picture of the add. While I had ordered an XXXL size it basically fitted like a large and most importantly the quality was very very poor. It took me about month never get the return. They said you buy another jacket we give you discount The quality is just horrible Never again Masorini.

Advice:
1- Don't buy - it's a scam.
2- If you did to get your product you WILL have to hassle them for ages - Don't bother being polite, if they didn't want to be treated like crap they'd work for a real company.
3- The product quality is REALLY poor.
