5 attempts for any correspondence and the only response is a form letter style email. Weeks without any update or product shipped. This company most likely doesn't exist, and any positive reviews are most likely put up by whoever runs the site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Fraudulent site, needs to be shut down and PayPal needs to cease allowing their platform to be used for fraud. Still waiting on a refund, 3 weeks and counting...

Avoid at all cost... ordered Lego from them, arrived wrapped in plastic and it is not Lego but a cheap rip off. They agreed on refunding it, but I haven't had that yet and I had to pay for return postage of nearly £15. Am taking legal to recover my costs but they are refusing to provide details

I wish I had done my google search for this bogus Chinese company. They truly give China a bad name as they tell you over chat that it will ship ASAP and then when you ask them for the status you get the same canned reply and they stop communicating back and nothing you can do because you are dealing with a third word country!

Placed an order. Not what we ordered and unusable. Sent several emails to their "customer service" with return emails promising to correct. It's been over a year.

This company is a scam located in China. They take your money and then DO NOT ship the item. They send phony tracking numbers when you write to them. The tracking numbers when you plug them in are UNTRACEABLE. They are a rip off! STAY AWAY. I wish I had read the horrible reviews before I placed an order.

We ordered a mascot for our school. It took months to get it and when it arrived it was not even close to what we ordered. The company will not refund or try to correct the problem. I am reporting them to everyone I can. I cannot stress enough STAY AWAY FROM THIDS SCAM!

Do not buy from this company we get scam to $300 for a giraffe mascot keep getting messages from Alice it's a standard message please be patient waiting to ship your mascot will be giving you a tracking number it goes on and on and we never get nothing or heard back from them the telephone number is a voicemail that comes on and you never get to speak to anyone please read all reviews don't buy from this Company also PayPal is scamming people They stick up for the company many have lost their money They made me pick a star and wouldn't allow me to send my review without picking one but one is way too high The website as well as their phone number needs to be shut down

DONOT ORDER, customer service number don't work and when you email everyone is getting the same response to Be patient. Tracking number provided does not exist. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS.

This is the worst company to deal with. They say they are in California but they do not answer their phone. I ordered 3 mascots and they sent me garbage mascots that have glue all over them. They will not discuss anything, some Alice replies with the same message. They make you order through Pay Pal because Pay Pal takes their side and does not keep their guarantee. Its horrible, Do not order from here! Screen shot is what I ordered.

The contact number doesn't work, for a month nobody ever answered the phone only email. And even when emailing they avoid certain questions and give you partial answers. I was told they could customize my mascot and at a later time only after i asked to see a sample and paid my money was i told they couldn't duplicate my ideas. I instantly had PayPal freeze the funds i sent them and put in a claim for a refund and told mascotcosplay not to make anything but to send me my refund. I'm a real person please listen to me and email and call them first to see the lack of communication and professionalism they have.

I ordered a costume for my daughter in September and I just got an email today (dec 10) that I need to be patient bc the order is still processing lol. I disputed the charge on my Amex and they refunded me the money a month ago. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY

Took over a month to receive package. Comes from China, even though they say usa. Ordered one thing and got a lion mascot instead. We aren't the lions. Paypal no help because I can't ship it to China... too costly... and it's at my expense. Charge reversal denied because paypal denied me. I'm stuck with a lion costume I can't use. Beware. Don't buy from this company. Of anyone received the Orbit costume. Amd wants a lion, we can switch.

I wish I would have spent a little more time reading reviews before I bought anything from this company. Purchased two costumes, one arrived within a few weeks and the other was apparently stuck at the China post office. Or so their tracking says so. I contacted this company and "Alice" told me she would check on it. Of course nothing happened and I later got an email from "joecool1681" that my order was still processing. After a month, I filed a claim with Paypal that I didn't get my shipment. They denied the claim. I called Paypal frustrated and was going to close my account but after finally connecting to a person, he said that if a tracking number is shown then they always decide in favor of the seller. He said I needed to change my case to a missing item case. He did this for me and said I would receive a refund within the week. I checked back a few weeks later and they have again denied the claim and settled in favor of the seller. I'm done with Paypal at this point. Any payment processing company that sides with shady businesses such as this does not deserve to have my business. I'm on hold now (again) with Paypal and will be cancelling my account. $215 and about 3 hours of my life wasted. BEWARE!

I ordered a panther mascot costume. It took 31 days to get the costume. They sent the wrong mascot costume. We started about 10 different chats with the company. They respond with "I need some time to check on that" and that is the last thing you will receive. The phone number listed at the top of their website goes to an answering service with a European voice. Absolutely no response from the company. After reading other responses, I'm thankful that we actually received something for our money. Which is the only reason I scored them as high as "1"

This is a company that is stealing copyrighted characters from other companies and trying to pass them off as their own. You will not get what is shown in the pictures. They are terrible!

Purchased a mascot for our company fair and paid extra for expedited shipment. The costume NEVER arrived. Contacted numerous times to determine where the goods were up to and never received a response. Tried again on live chat and despite chatting with Alice, who said they needed some time to review the update they disconnected the chat straight away. Beware of their promises and of good reviews for this website. It is obviously fraudulent.

Fictitious company, the goods are not delivered, they provide false tracking numbers, I attracted a PayPal for a refund. This is a very unpleasant experience for me, I planned to purchase several suits. It's terrible!

I bought a university of Miami Ibis costume and it looked nothing like a costume on the website. The costume came from China or Japan. It was completely wrong and when I asked them about it, you can never talk to a live person you have to email this Alice person. They told me that they can only guarantee a costume to be 90 to 95% accurate. That is not on their website! That is a bogus answer! This company is a scam they will take your money other people on this site and others have said that they have either not gotten their costume at all or it was completely wrong as well and they will not provide a refund or an exchange. They have no address on their website and no reviews directly on their website you can only email them or call them when you call it always goes to a Google number voicemail box. Fake, scam, liars, i am pissed.

They steal reputable companies photos and say they make them. You will not get what is in the picture!

Thought I had checked the mascot costume website out, but hadn't seen these reviews until too late.
Did anyone try to go to paypal about them?
Hard earned money thrown away.

Ordered a knight costume, received a message my order shipped and provided a tracking number. The tracking number is invalid. Written several messages and received the same response, "your item will arrive in a few days." Once I did get a response back, "we are checking with the post office." They have yet to get back with me about what they found out and now have completely stopped responding to any emails. The automated customer service rep "alice" is the only way you can communicate with them or via email and they pick and choose what they want to respond to.

Horrible company!

Ordered from Mascotcosplay with Alice. Never received confirmation email. Chatted with Alice who sent a confirmation email with a fake confirmation number. Called PayPal who in turn said they would call me back in 1-3 hours. Called my bank and cancelled the transaction. When PayPal returned my call they said I would have to give the seller a chance to complete the order and if I wasnt satisfied then I could dispute it. I explained to the lady it was a scam company that PayPal had been allowing costumers to get scammed she said they would have to investigate. PayPal is as responsible for the scam as Mascotcosplay. I cancelled my PayPal account with my bank right along with the payment. Never ordering through PayPal again!
