At 13 50 yesterday i purchased underwear i was impressed by the lady who servrd me she was friendly /helpful loved her attitude i dont know her name i spent 112.50 she chatted to me whilst dealing with my purchase i came away feeling so happy wish i could find a name on the receipt it was more than a purchase/seller
No return policy?! How is this allowed? The answer at the till it was that it states on the receipt?! The receipt you receive after you have purchased the item! What a scam! So disappointing it comes from such a renown big brand! Not to mention the lack of custoner service from store manager! You should be ashamed for the service you provide@M&S
I don't normally purchase furniture online, but felt reassured that I was buying from M&S where quality and service matter right -?
Well how wrong can you be - our worst purchase ever in January this year! We are a family of four and can't move without loud creaking noises coming from our new sofa plus two days wasted holiday from work to have assessors come around and tighten up sofa joints that made absolutely no difference. After that, M&S refused to assist us further. We referred this matter to the Furniture Ombudsman who, without even coming and visiting us, sided with M&S.
Worst, worst piece of furniture ever and M&S are now expecting us to go away and live with a bad product.
Avoid them don't buy online awful customer service hugely disappointed with M&S - what has happened to this company?
When buying M&S shoes recently of which I have always purchased a size 4.5 shoe that has always fitted me perfectly, I was shocked this weekend when I tried on a size 4.5 shoe only to find that it was too lose and with wear in time would definitely fall off the heal of my foot, I tried a size 4 which was it little bit tighter than I was normally used to but I have purchased them hoping they will stretch a bit with wear. I don't know if M&S have changed there supplier or the company who manufacture the shoes they sell but there shoe sizes have definitely changed which is a shame. I hope I don't have to change my store where I buy my shoes and start buying my shoes at another top shoe retailer that does half sizes.
I enjoy shopping on M&S, I can always find something I want, but then I have to checkout.
I do everything online and I like to think of myself and fairly savvy, but their checkout has fooled me several times. I think I'm done, walk away from my tablet or pc, wait a few days, wait a bit longer and my stuff doesn't arrive. There are just too many steps in the checkout - you think you're done when you're not.
When I do get it right, I love the clothes! :)
I applaud Marks & Spencer for their vast selection in-store in the UK. It's too bad that a lot of the stuff they have available in-store just isn't available online. So far I've ordered a handful of times from them online and their merchandise is of exceptional quality. My fave item thus far is their genuine leather duffel travel bag... such a classic staple. However, I knocked a couple stars off cuz they used to ship to Canada for free for orders over $30+... but they no longer offer this now.
