Ordered a case of wine, my wife's favorite, not locally available. The price was good and delivery was made in a reasonable amount of time. Would purchase again and recommend to friends.
Easy to place orders. Delivery is quick and packaged properly. I will continue to place orders in the future.
The shipping was delayed due inclement weather, yet they shipped during the biggest snow storm of the season (2017-18).
Other than the shipping very happy. We will see if the wine survived the cold, packed arrived when it was 19ºF. Wonder what it was when the wine was in the back of a non-heated panel van.
Shipping took over two weeks and I was not updated via email on the status of my shipping until it actually shipped two weeks later!
A day after placing my order, I received an email saying it could not be shipped due to the cold temps in the region. So I emailed back and asked that the order be cancelled as I found the wine elsewhere and needed it fir a gift. Then a week later it is shipped. What? I received it and will use it but dont understand how it shipped when I requested the order be cancelled and quite frankly the temps in the region were still as bad
