This company is nothing but a scam. British people have lost thousands to this organised criminal cartel. Everything is fine until you put in a request for a withdrawal. I have lost money to these criminals and so did many people. I seriously think victims of these market pilots should contact and connect with each other to explore an option to take a group legal action. This company is not regulated in the UK. People be warned, do not fall for this scam.

I invested ******* euro with documentation proof. Broker ran bitcoin ac. Ac went *******. Couldnt draw out anything. Ac then went down all time to show minus *******... this was since Oct 19. 2 months ago. Approached by another broker from Pilots saying he was a recovery person working for Pilots. He had seen my account and stated the wrong software had been wused by their broker. He said he wanted to get my money back and the company put ******* credit on ac. The markets went up recently and ac went to *******. Now at present ******* euro. Can't stop or draw money. Told I had to put ******* in ac to replace their company credit before they pay my money out. Second scam I believe. When I told them no. I have had no further communication. The ac still running in plus..

When I wanted to withdraw, they froze my account without any reason by placing a huge credit on it. When I decided to take out my entire investment (€27,300) they closed the account.

I did my homework, conducted analysis on my execution history... in a month, I took a legal action against this broker and we were able to compel them to reasonably reimburse, and they did.

Worst experience with this company they are very deceptive and just want to take your money. They refused all my withdrawal request and after pleading endlessly and waiting on something that wasn't going to come, I took matters into my own hands. I found Oakmönt reclaim via googl. I pushed through and was able to get it all back.
That's why I'm sharing my experience.

They stole all my money... it's a scam... I had even asked for a payout but they did not transfer into my account... Alan Williams is not to be trusted. Thick low American accent... sounds like he learnt it from the American Mafia Films?

I emailed my account manager over a week ago asking for a withdrawal of my funds which is apparently the only way and have had no response, so I have been calling customer support every day and they are always an engaged tone. So I emailed customer support to complain and guess what no response
So hopefully they will respond to this review

They called the minute to enter your interests and keep pushing for you to deposit more money. But when you want to withdraw, they don't listen and ask for more deposit, eventually they don't respond when you keep pushing for withdrawal. Finally they call again to harrass you for more money and start abusing say you are rude when you tell them you just want you money back. Money was never refunded

While investing my hard earned money the MARKETPILOT closed all my trades and emptied my account except for $10.72 which i still cannot access because to do so i have to contact my account manager to release funds. I find it impossible to contact anyone at MARKETSPILOT as they have cut off all contact by phone and email. When sending email messages All i get is i will ask someone to call but that has not happened to date. I have been taken for over $*******. On 18/11/2020 and i am really hoping they choke on their grand theift.

These people are scammers they took lots of money from me you will never get this money back if it looks like you have money in your account it just numbers on a screen like a pokie machine video game it's not real you'll never see your money again

These Fraudsters advertise on Facebook, want you to invest only $250 and then use all kinds of known people faces to attract you, story of a radio announcer doing a deposit right away and then make loads of money. They want you to register an account, every thing looks good and you can trade bitcoins etc. they use different names, I dealt with MARKETSPILOT, now beware, after 2 days * phoned from London, telling that he is your account manager and will help you trade. After a week or so, he wants you to invest more and I did put in another $2000, because he showed me that it is easy to make profit if I follow his instructions, I wanted to test the system and asked for a withdrawal. Now that is where the problem started, eventually they paid me $ 1892. 26. I have put in $2275 and still have profits of $440.22. They still owe me $822.96. Then they tell me that the money got lost. Then * at the reception told me that * dont work at MarketsPilot. I have sent them several emails and phone calls, and now they have blocked my number and don't respond to emails, The only response was on this reviewing platform, funny that every time I do a review * phone and threaten me, trying to tell the viewers that I want to get more money that what is mine, I challenge them to prove the payments to me with the necessary MT103 transfer documentation. Now please people be aware, these guys are sitting in the Caribbean using a phone system, it look like they phone you from within South Africa. Do not Invest...

This is an interesting platform. Some of the features are the same as with any other trading platform, but marketpilot had increased some social trading features, among others.

They will hound you to deposit more and moment you decide to withdraw suddenly you make a loss and no more contact from them. Have been trying to withdraw whatever is remaining for nearly 2 months now.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, PLEASE!.
They are scammers, they take your money, telling you its all fantastic and that you can invest as little or as much as you want, they then pressure you into bigger amounts, and if you don't give the funds to them, money starts disappearing from your account.
Withdrawals DO NOT HAPPEN, you will get a call saying "this is really strange, it normally works", then they will offer you some ridiculous small amount like £300 to "show you the withdrawal process works" but then when it comes to big withdrawal "the withdrawal doesn't work so some reason, it must be with your bankl" - Please, if you want to get in touch with me before hand, i can show you the emails from myself and my "account manager", where he is rude obnoxious and it also spans over 2 months of him saying, "wait 3-5 more days, i have sent the funds"

I am now processing charge-backs with the help of my credit card companies to try and get my funds back.

This company is a scam company they stole my money I couldn't get any money out of my wallet they control everything and make it seem like it's legitimate it's not they are scammers and thieves. I was able to get my money back through Broadoak-capital com they saved my financial life.

Marketpilot have some of the smallest spreads on BTC fiat pairs. I like to see that one compan is able to charge reasonable trading costs for retail traders. Some people think that the reduced number of crypto pairs is a downside, but I think it's good the company focuses solely on top crypto pairs.

MARKETS PILOT and ALAN WILLIAMS stole money from my parents. This happened in Australia. DO NOT deal with them at all. They invested and then when they wanted to withdraw there was no contact from them at all.

There is no correspondance between your account and the money you transferred. Exemple (as I did): you put ******* euro on the account. You Mae some good trades and double your balance, as I did (
Say ******* euro). The money is still the *******. So they are hoping you will loose all your money and the put the ******* euro in their pocket. That is way.
A withdrawal is so difficult.
If your account remains positive, they have a problem: then they will propose to take over the trading by the specialists. I was not warm for this but my wife had to go for several days to the hospital. In my case the balance went in 1 day from ******* euro to ******* euro. I stopped all transactions and told them I want my ******* euro back. I steed they took new positions and by the end of the day there was nothing left.
They also manipulated the transactions: on a coin dashbtc they are able to change the stating positions. The difference between by and sell is 45%, so with a transaction of ******* euro, you loose from the beginning already ******* euro. Also the software is not able to make the graph (because of the data manipulation the long red line moves to the right!)
At the end they said that the insurance would intervene: I had to put ******* euro, the insurance ******* euro(but as a cr
Edit!) and they would add the rest to make in total ******* euro. Of course no way!

I am totally beside myself with anger after Cooper talked me into investing in MarketsPirate. John Cooper even tried to get me to remortgage my house to fund his scam! The man had a financial PLAN. He urged me to borrow money from UK financial institutions to invest in Marketpilot. He convinced me his financial plan would help me pay off my mortgage within a short time. Anyway, I have got my money back, most of it, but, it was one heck of a fight and I count myself lucky.Don't follow my foot steps or you will regret it for rest of your life. The world of scammers is complex and a tough one, its emotionally draining, depressing and it doesn't help because some banks in UK are not as helpful as they should. These scammers know all the loopholes in UK banking sector and they exploit them ruthlessly. The FCA in UK has designated this company as a scam and they are! MarketsPilot has no licence to trade anywhere on the planet earth. The Belgian Authorities have issued a formal warning about these scumbags. Please save yourselves unnecessary heart aches and sorrow. We have MarketsPilot victims coming to this page to beg for their money. They don't care. Watch out these scammers are not done with you yet, they may come back here in different colours offering you recovery services for your lost money to Marketpirates. Try your banks first or use licenced recovery agencies. We do actually have them here in UK. Don't do it!
