Last week I ordered a pizza, wasn't done, crust super soggy, this week I called ask about 24pc chicken/fries yes we have that, I walk to the restaurant with my Cain, i get home and it's only chicken NO FRIES, I call back and ask where's my FRIES AND COLESLAW for almost $30 this man tells me we don't sell FRIES WITH CHICKEN... WHAT, so I have to walk back or have a delivery now? I tried a neighborhood restaurant, JJ's Will be my next one for my grandkids, when I can't cook since these people are LIARS!

Ordered to for pick up the girl was rude when I picked up wrong order. Horrible service and pizza was wrong. Very disappointed the girl working on August 10 2024 at 630 pm rude ness.

Bad pizza

We ordered two Pizza and pizzas was fully of oil tested terrible nobody could eat that OMG we put everything in trash we only waste are money terrible and dirty place also and employees in there have long and dirty nails and the don't know what they are doing most employees in that store are from India that may tell you something. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME. I will report them to markos pizza corporate office

Holland Marcos pizza.

Very inconsistent.sometimes burnt.sometimes not done enough.you pray that it's a good night on their end.and why even give coupons when it is cheaper to just buy it outright.scammers lol.for what they charge for delivery fee and by the time you tip it's like double lol.they must be hurting for money and business.obviously why they suck so bad! I'll drive to delta or swanton to get Marcos rather than get it in Holland!

They are horrible!

Took over 2 hrs and didn't answer phone for over 20 mins, never again order from them they ain't that good to have to wait that long for delivery or on phone! Had to do a star to post but they get negative stars!

Highly upset
November 21, 2023

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and got mostly vegetables big vegetables, it was very soggy and mushy because they overdid it on the mayonnaise and little meat I didn't have was dry even on my pizza. The meat was dry maybe it's burnt I don't know but this is disgusting and a big waste of my money I love Marco's pizza, but I would never dare order a Philly from them again.

Ordered 2 pizza and a large salad on 9 Jul at 3:22 PM and when I ordered online it said it would be there in 36 minutes. The online system didn't send a verification email to me, so I called the store at 3:33 PM and was told they received the order and it would be leaving in 5 - 10 minutes. At 4:08 PM I called back and was told the order was sitting there waiting for a driver since they only had 1 drive. Received the items at 4:27 PM and the pizzas were cold and had very little toppings on them. Went to provide feedback on the Marco's website an that function no longer works on their new website. Called and talk to manager Josh and he told me he would have his district manager call me the next day. Call back 2 more time and was finally told by manager Josh that my pizza was delivered in the time and have a good day. This is becoming the worst place to have a pizza delivered from.

The new on-line ordering website is TERRIBLE! Bring back the old one! Too hard to complete an order and no ability to alter the amount of items desired on menu items. Also, the finished product is only less than half as good as a month ago. Maybe it's time to find a new source to get our pizza & subs from!

Horrible experience
May 25, 2023

I dont know who is handling the online order section in my tracking its shows pick up ready, i went to store they said another 10 minutes, after another 10 minutes another guy said few more minutes,, waiting for 30 minutes after updated status is ready for pick up. I know everywhere we have staffing issues but atleast please make sure that you are are not hiring $#*!s to mange the online order.

Racist pizza

This place is racist no blk person should support these people, they still believe in lynchings and shooting blk people, please do not order from these people, all there employees are racist also, and only hire racist people, the most racist pizza company in the usa, i will find evey site with your company and tell blk people to look online to see how your employees trained by your company pulls guns on people smh. I will send everyday to bring you down, gotta love rich people they think they are invisible.

We were staying near Marcos and had heard great things! We ate here one of the nights upstairs and the service and food was great! On 2 of the other nights we popped in downstairs for a few drinks and the wait staff were incredibly rude! Eyerolling at everything we asked, told us to move table because they needed to get past, even when we were the only people in the downstairs! Atmosphere was not great no music. Just felt really unwelcome to be honest. Would go back for the food upstairs. Wouldn't go downstairs again, ruined our fun.

I am deeply disappointed in Marcos Pizza. They were going to deliver to my home 3 pizzas. I told the delivery driver he had the wrong address. Then it was found the 3 pizzas were for the home across the street. Then the driver said he would get me any pizza for free within 1 1/2 hours. That never happened. The integrity of the company Marcos Pizza has eroded my faith in them. I will never shop there because of this.

Easy to put in order for pizza. Easy to use coupon codes and you can pay here or pay when you pick up. The pizza is great and it gives you the time the pizza will be ready. Usually in about 10 minutes or you can put in the date and time you want the pizzas to be ready.
