The amazingly priced, high-quality products that come with the lawn mower 4.0 box set is incredible, nut to add on to it, the plow and weed Wacker items increase my opinion a ton. The items work amazingly and the batteries last for ever on a single charge. The careful packaging makes it all the more delightful. Definitely recommended to anyone needing a shave or even just a nice care kit. The only thing I wish they had was an all in one pack with everything.

I'm giving it a one because they don't have a zero this product is a waste of money and it's the second one I buy within a year and a half in it broke. I called the company and they don't want to replace it so don't waste your money like I did.

I want to be upfront first and say that I typically love this company and will still recommend their products. However, when my lawnmower 3.0 just stopped working, I emailed in for tips or a replacement, they said to charge it and it's out of warranty so no replacement will be sent. They did give me a discount code to use for a newer model. I purchased the newer model and waited about 3 weeks for it to come in. While I was waiting the old lawnmower 3.0 (still not working even after troubleshooting) randomly turned on at 2am waking me in a panic. On top of that it WASNT TURNING OFF. I quickly put it on the charging mount and it turned off but after being off the charging mount for 5 mins it happened again! I emailed them again for more troubleshooting and they said to let it drain its battery. I thought that to be an unsafe resolve, and now throwing it out is also unsafe as a wireless hair trimmer could randomly turn on in the garbage can, heating up and cutting into anything near by.
Now as my new lawnmower 5.0 arrive the packaging was done so lazily it gave me the motivation to leave this review. Again, I still like this product even after this, but the lack of consideration to safety and the customers experience is severally lacking. It's disappointing.

Who in their right mind would hand their money over to these goons? What kind of idea of "manhood" are you trying to perpetuate? This is a joke! Yeah, I want to look like a pre-pubescent child because that's actually what I am, an invalid. And the women I seek? Also lacking. If you're supporting these goons, consider yourself an actual twat... you also probably wished you had one too.
I've used ALOT of shavers over the years, I've also nicked my balls alot and have had razor burn near my butthole THEN I GOT MANSCAPED. These shavers are so bad $#*!-they even have a light so u can see wtf your doing. I've used this shaver from the top of my head to my butt crack and every time it's a close smooth shave with none of the nicks, cuts, razor burn - only the best shave ever! My wife has even used it and she loved it so much she got one for herself. The company has everything from nose hair trimmers to ball wipes and ball deodorant. I could NEVER use another brand of shaver EVER. Once you shave with this shaver you will understand why. Plus every 3 moths they send me a new blade in the mail ( and some cool gifts) so I don't even have to think about replacement blades and ordering them- every 3 months they arrive at my door. I don't even need to change the blade that often cus it's sharp a. F. This shaver is THE BEST! ALL THE PRODUCTS THEY OFFER ARE GREAT.

I've know about this company since I was like 16 years old watching the funny ads they would put on Youtube, but I never felt the need to buy. However, 2 years passed and I decide this is the perfect time to buy it and I did. Literally the best purchase of 2020. Yeah this year was bad overall, but I never felt so good on the things I buy, but this was the first lol
My son is very happy with the shaver, but he really loved the boxer briefs that came with it. We bought 5 more! Great for working out.
I ordered a lawn mower 3.0 in april and it is now October and it completely stopped working after 6 months. That is in reality only a few uses. The product doesn't hold a charge and only now runs for about 5 to 10 seconds.
I contacted them for a replacement and they told me I am out of warranty. What kind of company doesn't guarantee their products for a year?
They obviously don't have any good battery management software built into to the product which causes the battery to prematurely fail, even garbage lithium batteries are rated for 300 charge cycles good ones 500. If they have over charge and over discharge protection built the battery should not fail so fast. I have been in consumer product development for 20 years and am very familiar with lithium batteries. This is simply poorly designed. I am truly disappointed, for a 90 dollar clipper I would have expected more.
I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% discount code for another. And offered me their continuity program for regular delivery of blades and creams to get a better warranty coverage.
This is what they wrote " We also wanted to introduce you to our subscription service the Peak Hygiene Plan! One of the perks of being an active member is that if you received a replenishment box within the last 90 days, you qualify for 1 Platinum Warranty replacement for The Lawn Mower®, Beard Hedger, and/or your Weed Whacker® 2.0 trimmer every 12 months."
Why should I have to give them money several times per year to have service!
Don't buy their rechargeable products. They don't know how to build them and they want you to sign up for auto ship to get service. This is plain garbage.

I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.
I was skeptical at first knowing that all trimmers wind up knicking the goods but man was i impressed with this trimmer. Sleek, effortless, clean and durable. I like how it is water proof and has a detailing light. Very handy. I would recommend this to anyone!
I bought this as a Valentine's Day present for my boyfriend and he used it no more than 10 times when it suddenly stopped working. It shows it's fully charged but will not turn on. The warranty is valid for 90 days only (I can see why). WORTHLESS AND USELESS!

I am fat and when I moved around a lot I smelled and this was a ten year battle. That's when I wanted to change and found out the smell is because of hair in places that you sweat a lot. Sure enough I bought Manscaped because of their special deal that THEY STILL HAVE BY THE WAY and got started on actually changing my life. I don't smell anymore, I feel great, I feel renewed, and I feel like a man. Also lost twenty pounds 80 more to go.

If you fighting to smell better please just get this and save your self some time and money. You will actually thank yourself and you will walk with a step full of confidence. I am was a little leary at first having tried other "safe trimmers", but let me tell you the Lawnmower 3.0 is legit. I use it on my neck/face, arms, legs and the sensitive areas all completely clean. No nicks, no cuts, I take my time and next thing you know all done and completely smooth. This shaver has changed my routine and made it soooo much easier and safer. Thank you Manscape

I couldn't even buy the products. I always receive two emails saying that the order was canceled due to suspected fraudulent actions. I tried from different PCs, mail accounts, credit cards, etc. to rule out any kind of problem from my side. I tried to buy the products six times! The customer service doesn't even work, they just copy/paste the automatic message, as many times as necessary, referring to try solutions that don't work and encouraging to make the purchase again. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. One client lost, one very bad bad but real and fair review.

After reading a lot of advertising and seemingly never being able to find the right product, here it is.
Everything as promised, great product that actually works exactly how they say it would, easy ordering, prompt delivery and nothing to try to figure out when you take it out of the box. Some companies still do the right thing, happy I went with them.
Okay so I've had multiple issues in the past with things like accidental orders, replacement blades getting sent without me subscribing, and the occasional mysterious charge on my card showing up. These things normally get me agitated and angry, but the second I reached out to customer service they resolved all of my issues with zero questions. They're polite, efficient, and understanding. I have never seen a customer support for a company be this exceptional, and it is for that reason alone that I will be recommending this company and their products to everyone who inquires. So much of excitement turned to one big disappointment. The lawn mover stopped working for no reason, a replacement didn't last much longer. Seriously, 2 machines and both not functioning.
