Morally corrupt business MAN Commercial Protection exposed for writing fake reviews. ( See Screenshots below)
Caught bang to rights and I pity anybody who says they like working for them. This time around they cannot wriggle out of this one!
ManCONmercial Con-Artists and Scammers big time fraudsters getting exposed. I don't think you can overstate the seriousness of what MAN Commercial has done or even doubt the villainy. My view is that they have deliberately misled people to buy and invest in its security services by false statements or deceit actions. Exploiting reviews to use or develop something for profit or progress in business.
The following review is100% backed up with solid concrete evidence and comes from someone with over 8 years experience working for MAN Commercial. See enclosed Screenshots. As far as I am concerned the evidence of wrongdoing is overwhelming and my findings are just too good not to share. Highly suspicious and dodgy activity that I believe has been going on for many years. See enclosed x 6 Screenshots and be honest with yourselves do you think they are genuine!? Company needs to be held accountable for abusing its position writing lots of fake reviews on Glassdoor Jobs recruitment, Indeed Jobs, between 7th - 10th August 2024 and prior to that on Google my business which has a fake score of 4.3 mainly written by a certain group of people by looking at the names. These false reviews will not surprise anyone who knows how corrupt MAN Commercial already are. I have recently put a genuine 1 star review on Glassdoor Jobs stating some true facts about how this company has NEVER done any job performance appraisals for staff and that progression even after many years service is non existent.
MAN Commercial has no loyalty to its own workers paying untrained Agency staff higher hourly rates. Discriminated against for refusing to be a ' yes ' man or refusing one shift 40 miles away will block your chances of any well deserved success. You can't even participate anonymously in a company survey because they want your site PIN number which identifies you. It's all very controlling behaviour from MANs inner circle of influencers and pure BS for any person to put up with this type of Orwellian Society.
On pay day MAN are making out that we should all be so grateful and they are doing us all a big favour. Telling staff we paid your wages on time, but all companies have obligations to pay workers, unless they go bankrupt. To counteract my colleagues negative review in revenge MAN Commercial sarcastically came back with we offer free car parking as one of its incentives to work for them and we encourage people to visit our Training Academy! Despite already having a Management Degree I would strongly advise gullible staff to avoid any overpriced courses.
Most roads in Britain you can park for free! When I bumped my head on a low ceiling wall inside a pitch black derelict building MAN replied by saying if your scared of the dark your in the wrong job.
Then the recruitment adviser said on it's very first day it had a wonderful long tour around the company with the CEO who is normally super, super busy, never at the Office! More BS and compulsive lies the same as other reviews about the CEO gave up his Christmas Day in the freezing cold to hand out Hot Chocolate to his staff on Indeed Jobs. Oh Dear really! Keep them jokes coming MAN your great entertainers and good at telling fibs. Then the Job Centre said take no notice of them Employee of the month fake certificates MAN Commercial is giving out because they are worthless bits of scrap paper, not recognised and will never help your career. Its just another gimmick and concocted idea to win staff over to avoid paying them a bonus. All your doing I was told is free advertising for the company when excited little boys hang them up in their bedrooms!
Oh by the way this is not exaggerated BS or some sort of a big joke what I am telling you. On three occasions they point blank refused to acknowledge my emails requesting a well deserved promotion and pay rise review after more than 8 years working for them. Trapped going around in circles like a Joey they kept saying come back in 3 months and you will be due a pay rise, so basically in a nut shell they was always trying to silence staff, suppress them like a ruler dictates. All employees who went against the narrative have been done away with.

The following day after my review went live to highlight my experiences someone from MAN Commercial Protection Head Office thought it was a good idea to write SEVEN almost identical word for word roughly 8 lines per fake 5 star reviews all on the same day. I had monitored MAN Commercials previous history and how often they replied to reviews on Glassdoor Jobs. Over past several years only 72 reviews showing with no regular internet traffic or visits from MAN or recent replies to any other posts, but then suddenly a big jump to 79! And scores from 2.2 - 2.9 with immediate favourable responses to all 7 fake reviews saying we are delighted you feel this way about our company!
Those reviews could well be the downfall of this company's future because they are fraudulent, misleading and was deliberately written NOT spontaneous, but with the intentions of deceiving employees and potential clients. Made up nonsense coming from the amateurish staff they employ at head office. It's reckless cheating behaviour and serious abuse of power to be doing this type of malpractice 24/7. Company was warned on numerous occasions that it was being monitored, but out of pure desperation they decided to ignore this advice and take a chance, but now we have all this incriminating evidence. They made some big mistakes as you will clearly see putting those bogus reviews together.
I guarantee whoever wrote them will be thrown under the bus and unlikely to be working for MAN Commercial for much longer. Unless of course it's someone from senior management who will by now panic and be thinking who to blame! If you're that cocky and arrogant you deserve to be named and shamed and have this scandal exposed all over the internet. The owners at MAN Commercial must think we are all thick and worried about someone who is a plastic gangster. All respect for this company was lost many years ago after I learned about their obnoxious behaviour towards staff and how they will set you up to fail if they dont like you.
The only way to survive is to never have any opinions and always agree with them, disagree just once and you're in their bad books black listed as a trouble maker and then the bullying and mind games campaign starts. A terrible way for any employer to control his staff and use the cancel culture mentality, instead of mentoring. But not everyone is that easily intimidated and some individuals will stand on all day long and cause the company major problems going forward to defend their employment rights. Be warned and pay attention as I am prepared to take this much further and stick up for myself if I am provoked. My services have been more than welcome in the past and perfectly fine to do all the Donkey work for MAN Commercial when it suited them at short notice. When I asked for a pay rise they virtually told me to F.K Off and don't bother coming to the office again we dont need you anymore, so imagine how that feels?
Making threats to staff if they don't attend alarm activations just ten minutes before they are due to go home is ludicrous and scaremongering and blatant blackmail to mention they may lose their jobs. It's not acceptable or telling them we may need to call some gangster friends and use up some favours we are owed is rather insulting, disrespectful and at best very intimidating to hear this type of language from your employer. Human Resources are so far stuck up their own bottoms they dont know what day of the week it is. Unreal characters who can't be in a working relationship where they have to compromise. Don't reach out to anybody at HR, not a wise move they are all related, cannot be trusted and always obey what their master says. The whole company is living in cuckoo land and are seriously deluded to think anyone likes them after listening to the amount of people who phone me regular crying for advice to share what MAN did to them. All that fantasy on social media about looking after employees and yet I have loads more followers on my social media pages that I can share information with if I need a wider audience.
Those bogus reviews have already have already been analysed for authenticity and a decision was made to report them to the CMA and Companies House Compliance Team that deals with " The Insolvency Service " under company registration No: ******* belonging to MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. A complaint has been filed for further investigations and all the evidence namely 7 screenshots was included and uploaded to a number of Official government departments including the SIA regulators.
The last time we had government compliance officers sniffing around at MAN Offices the owners to save their own cowardly skins ended up sacking a load of people to blame and make it look like they wasn't involved. I'm afraid some heads will roll over this naive self-righteous attitude and blatant foolish belief they can do what they like against staff without any consequences. Typical tyranny behaviour that further demonstrates how MAN operates. They exaggerate everything including the value of Mickey Mouse useless awards, property and Technology equipment they own.
No wonder a bad reputation follows them across multiple platforms. MAN trying to be sarcastic and clever all the time keeps back firing on them. Asking employees to be honest and respect their SIA Badges is a big P.SS take when the Security provider you work for is rotten with fraud. Employees who have missed out, deliberately blocked on a rightful and deserved promotion should be encouraged to take legal action against them and start Employment Tribunal actions for loss of earnings which is now a free service. It's a paradise for snakes roaming around and a poisonous atmosphere has always existed within the walls of this contaminated business. It's a very sad state of affairs having these type of control freak organisations providing Security to unaware clients. Members of the public also need to be made aware how this privately family run business manipulates staff behind closed doors getting them to bow down and grovel for a day's holiday or you must get a replacement person before your granted a day off. Going around as if they are members of the mafia acting hard, but only picking on mild, vulnerable and weak people.
They are cheaters corrupt to the bone and this is a true reflection of how MAN Commercial Protection has survived so far and certainly nothing to do with winning awards or fantasy entrepreneurship! ( con-artists and manipulators comes to mind) Work for them at your peril if you want, but I guarantee you will soon regret believing anything they told you at interview and you will come back to upvote this review and wish you had taken my advice.

I will stick by my Screenshots and what I already know about them prior to this additional scandal thanks and remind MAN that I am very confident about my investigations work so far. I think a Tribunal or Court hearing will agree with me and find MAN Commercial are a dodgy and a risky business to be involved with and this review I guarantee will not be altered or removed because it will be published on numerous sites! When you hear the name MAN Commercial Protection you should run a mile. This company is destroyed by vanity and greed and is the Cesspit of all security providers in the UK. They can only win contracts and fool potential customers by cheating or bribing. In short they are doing cash deals in secret to buy favours to gain advantage. I have posted this professional review on other platforms which will circulate all over the internet and CANNOT BE REMOVED THANKS TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH It is also guaranteed under article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), where " everyone has the right to freedom of expression ". Just in case MAN Commercial starts complaining like big cry babies, like they always do every time someone leaves them a 1 star review or criticises them. They act tough thinking they are invincible and love to talk about themselves, stroking each others greedy egos, but in reality MAN Commercial are fraudsters and regularly abuse its position.
Just look at all the negative reviews that have disappeared from its Google business account, instantly deleted and blocked since Aug 23.223 reviews, now only 164 which are all 90% fake positive 5 stars which is highly suspicious. Gullible recruits mainly young females that have just started are writing favourable reviews before first months pay without job experience or getting to know the company is dubious. It's oppressive behaviour trying to smother people's opinions and stop views that are negative, but truthful. Don't bother trying to suppress my views it won't work with me, I am a strong advocate and supporter of amnesty international, so if I want to politely and honestly express myself I will and MAN Commercial have no powers to stop me. They are terrible sending out fake solicitors letters and using big fat enforcer goons to try and intimidate staff who speak out. The name MAN Commercial Protection is a bad blemish and total embarrassment to all other decent Security providers in the UK.
If your a nice person with morals you would un-follow and boycott these idiots at MAN Commercials LinkedIn page. I don't care who follows you or who blows smoke up your backside. These con-artists should not be glorified with such a dark background. They have sacked hundreds of employees who all have disturbing stories to share, just like mine. I am not frightened of them and think it's unfair to be treating staff like this and getting away with it. Some accountability and responsibility needs to be shown here for all the damage and upset. My intentions are to continue expo sing them by asking others to come forward. Hopefully all the names of people they scammed will be speaking out soon with reposts. Just reading some of the old reviews gives you an idea what hardships and carnage MAN Commercial are capable of inflicting on you. I now fully understand now why MAN Commercial was so desperate to hide these negative reviews that was written about them. Working for them is a big gamble and dangerous if your relying on wages to pay bills and feed your children. They have dropped people into major financial difficulties firing them recklessly on the spur of the moment, so be warned.
As if we are to believe a Google ranking score of 4.2 is genuine, when all other review platforms show 2 stars. The same three 5 star reviews on its Google business opening page have never rotated always deliberately handpicked stuck and locked in. These 5 stars all appear to be in-house coming from the corrupt family related members who run head office and little sheep followers blinded by exaggerated false hype stories. I noticed a widespread bizare pattern of authoritarian behaviour coming from the CEO. If you disagree with him watch how things start changing and your job is on the line. Your met with threats of losing your job.
Under control you can see the fear in their faces and not one of these employees have a voice everyone of them cut short, silenced. It's alarming deeply concerning behaviour and very deceiving trying to outwit gullible employees and clients with compulsive lies.
The problem with this security company is they are too cocky for their own good and have a massive overblown sense of entitlement been doing this type of dodgy things for years. Bleating on about winning awards, 24/7 boasting, bragging about high turnover means nothing if you ask any Security Guard on low wages forced to do degrading jobs and then threatened, bullied by MAN Commercial Protection if you refuse. I witnessed many aggressive incidents and episodes of blatant intimidation that was covered up. The CEO then hiding away in a cowardly manner behind a wall of deceitful activities pretending to be honest and generous by donating money to charities as some sort of disguise.
Having memberships to various organizations like freemasonry and sitting on committees doing speeches does not make you untouchable. Nor does showing off with gangster friends on social media puffing your chest out or bribing your staff with shopping vouchers don't make anybody at MAN Commercial special or impressive! In my view.
One of the worse over-inflated slimy company to work for rather than you being a Security Officer you're more of handyman on-site make you do milk delivery, fruit delivery, newspaper rounds, but clients don't deserve because they are absolutely awful, moody I rather work for a Agency than MAN Commercial Protection Ltd who are nasty, self-obsessed dimwits with a bad reputation. Guaranteed trouble and problems lying ahead for this company with Tribunals and court cases in the pipeline. Wouldn't recommend this toxic company to anyone.
I reported MAN Con-mercial to the CMA & SIA for fiddling online Google reviews and offering bribes to employees.
Dozens of its employees situated at MAN Commercials head office have left fake 5 star reviews on the company business page. All exaggerated of course and not allowed under Googles terms & conditions policy which they call " A conflict of interests " A simple search on Google brought up all the employee names on Linkedin.com showing what senior positions they hold within the company.
Not the brightest bunch working at MAN Commercial head office, although most are related with family ties you would think they would behave alot smarter and not be so dumb. It was so obvious something not right after two employees told me they had left bad reviews about not receiving overtime pay, but within hours they had disappeared. At least 30 negative reviews have been removed, even if a couple was false it still remains corrupt for MAN Commercial to be abusing its position by tampering with employees reviews.
I had serious suspicions about them and decided to monitor their online behaviour over a period of around 3 months. I discovered that they was fiddling Google business reviews and reported them to the Competition & Markets Authority and the SIA. Getting office staff to write favourable 5 star reviews is rampant at this security firm and has been going on for a very long time. ( see Aabheer Singh 5 year old Google review.) Other security firms should complain who have lost out to winning contracts because of these deceitful acts by MAN Commercial.

In the past month alone I counted at least 20 positive reviews placed on its business page to bolster its ratings. They obviously paid a SEO company or have some sort of corrupt deal going on with a dodgy family member placing bogus positive reviews to keep its Google score at 3.8 stars. Even their Google front business page is corrupt with only hand picked reviews. Luckily I was on the ball and managed to take 30 screenshots to prove which ones they manipulated and removed including all of the names of genuine people who left a criticising bad review about MAN Commercial recently as follows:-

MAN Commercials Google score has never dropped below 3.8 stars, although if all the negative posts was to be resurrected and put back on the owners business page the company would be showing around 2 stars. That would be the true accurate score and nobody would hire them or use them for security services. MAN obviously has full control of the Google My Business Account which allows the owner to modify, edit or remove negative reviews.
These are all serious fraudulent activities all designed to deceive potential customers and make his company look better than it is. They cannot manipulate or change any other reviews across other platforms and thats why they are all showing between 2 or 3 stars max which is a true reflection on how badly this security business is riddled with corruption and fraud.
They needed to be reported to both the Competition & Markets Authority and the Security Industry Authority for bad business practices. I have receipts and confirmation emails to prove I have taken this matter further. ( available on request) MAN must of thought they was untouchable and everybody was terrified to report them. Even if the Authorities do nothing I have enough evidence to share across all the media platforms to expose them and prove what a rotten horrible cheating firm they are.
Could not believe the photo I saw on the internet the other day of the boss now Chief Executive of MAN Commercial. Wow what a transformation and for all the wrong reasons as well. Comparing a photo from two years ago the man has completely aged dramatically and looks more like a 70 year old man now. All them years of ripping clients off, sacking people, destroying livelihoods and making threats towards his employees saying 'do you know who I am' has finally caught up with him. I was absolutely gobsmacked to see such a rapid decline in his appearance. The heavy wrinkles and receding hairline clearly visible on his large saggy forehead. Ironically, I find it rather amusing and comforting knowing karma acts in mysterious ways. For all of them Security Guards that was mistreated, bullied and suffered hardships it's a form of payback and compensation. The man has made that many enemies and lives in a paranoid twitchy state thinking someone is going to jump out on him. I noted from companies house records he paid himself £250,000 for 2021 financial year and then hired himself a Bodyguard by the name of Dene Josham a close protection specialist who looks after business CEO. Dene has been discretely advertised as the new Security training instructor for MAN Commercial, but we all know the real reason and what purpose he has been hired for with a background in boxing and martial arts. His old henchmen Kevin Webster the cage fighter on YouTube previously employed and Bod the Paratrooper from Star City cinema in Birmingham deserted him just like everyone else does, so he must be feeling vulnerable and unsafe with no back up. A pure bogus specimen of a man that will use anybody to do his dirty work, so be warned. He is the type of person that can talk a good fight, but will always conviently be in the toilet when you need to speak with him or need back up. Very unreliable and a liability prancing around hiding in his office when people make arrangements to come and visit him who are not scared of him. He would never leave his cosy office which is like fortknox, surrounded by CCTV and steel rollershutters on all doors. Then he pretends to be a gangster and hard man by pounding his fists on the boardroom table with people who are terrified. The CEO should learn some manners and start showing respect to his fellow workers. I also have first hand experience and personally witnessed the bad tempered CEO slam his fists on the table causing distress and alarm putting fear into staff. The man is arrogant and has a seriously big ego thinking he is untouchable, but in reality he is a nobody and means nothing. To be behaving like he does makes me think he has mental health issues that's deteriating fast. A final message to to the owner of MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. Sam the previous owner of MAN Commercial would be turning in his grave if he knew that you treated your staff so badly like you do. He was a fine proud man with a great personality and done all the hard work building the foundations for MAN Commercial to exist before you took over. Dave Atkins also made huge contributions, but none of this is mentioned on your website I wonder why? Perhaps because your a self obsessed bore with only half a story to tell. Some of your staff did back to back shifts working 24 hours a day to help you get your business up and running and in return you paid them a pathetic minimum wage with no rewards. All the narcissistic behaviour, power hungry attitude and corporate greed has come at a very high price for you. The old saying goes ' what you sow is what you reap ' no amount of money is worth looking like that 20 years older than you are and having old man syndrome looking over your shoulder everyday. I should point out and remind MAN that rules and legal consequences applies to them as well, especially when they over step the mark by sending heavies steroid freaks to my cousins front door attempting to intimidate him. Bad publicity will follow and I fully welcome investigations involving Union Thomson solicitors if your brave enough which I doubt.
I rarely write reviews about a company, but on this occasion I felt compelled. I am not one little bit surprised to hear or read about what happened to other individuals working for these cowboys, because the same mistreatment and unfair dismissal happened to me. Some of you will be familiar remembering how MAN Commercial Protection treated me. The Director sacked me immediately in a rage of unnecessary jealously. For what I thought to be an act of kindness giving the Directors wife a lift home in the rain. She even happily volunteered to get in my car a BMW, but her husband did not approve losing his temper and decided to abuse his position by sacking me. The following day in a cowardly act of revenge I received a text to say my employment services was no longer required and there was no point in returning as my contract was to be terminated under a falsified policy. There is no way MAN could say I did not work for them as all of my colleagues remember this incident very well and would vouch saying the company frequently abuses it's position. The boss man in charge definitely needs to take the anger management course and stop making threats against his staff. All the respect I once had for them went out of the window after this embarrassing outburst. I was one of the lucky ones finding employment the following week with my brother Mark who works for a computer business. Multiple other guards he sacked on the spot whilst having a temper tantrum was not so fortunate. Genuine people all relying on wages struggled to pay bills after losing their livelihoods because of the Directors bad moods. It's reckless, abusive behaviour to be taking advantage in this manner. They are causing misery and hardship forcing staff to leave. This needs to be reported and investigated. They have a trigger happy structure to fire and rehire on lesser terms. MAN has already earned a bad reputation for themselves and deserves to lose contracts. Just type into any search engine to see who has previously complained through employment tribunals about them. The company is a total train wreck with nothing left to salvage. Every single top bloke that ever worked for them has sadly walked away deserting them. It's a rubbish company considering the Director is the main culprit always bullying and scaremongering. Then has the cheek to pay every one minimum wage, saying he is doing us all a favour in a condescending attitude. The chief boss man who acts more like a gangster than any entrepreneur needs to be struck off any business memberships and his crony family related management team all need replacing to stop the daily systematic abuse and corruption. MAN Commercial past and present behaviour is a disgrace to the security profession. Shockingly the security industry Authority known as the (Sia) gave this rogue company approved contractor status saying they are trustworthy to use.! Trust me when I say you will never find a more wretched hive of rogue behaviour and villainy in the entire universe. These people at head office can turn on you in a split second they are truly vile. I would NEVER use them for security services or recommend them or trust them whatsoever at face value. Be seriously warned about what they are capable of doing if your face don't fit or you question them. Any new recruits should take a moment to read through some of these negative reviews all over the internet.
