Despite the fact I like the quality of the products, unfortunately have to warn you to make online orders. I have ordered cosmetic and payed for my order, later I received an email that my order has been delivered(I definitely didn't receive it!). Since then, already a month, I didn't receive neither order no money back. And during this time I have been in endless correspondence with the company. Such a shame MakeUpForever!

I will first say the products are great. I've been using their foundation for many years. I just recently made a purchase from their website for the first time and made a mistake on the color choice. I called within an hour of making my purchase to change or cancel the order. The payment hadn't even gone through yet. The costumer service representative was very unhelpful. They simply kept stating the return policy. Which meant I would have to wait for the wrong item to be fulfilled and shipped to me in order for me to return the product and then after its recieved from them I would recieve a refund but I would still have to pay the shipping and return shipping. They will not allow any online purchases returned to their stores. This is a terrible policy for a cosmetics company. It's wasteful and inefficient and very problematic for customers. They have lost my business.

Don't shop with Make Up For Ever. They have terrible customer service for a cosmetics company.

Do not answer my messages, calls, ignore everything I tell them. I only ordered twice in my life from this horrible store, and twice got scammed. The first, the time they sent a completely wrong product, the second time I did not receive half of my product. Never buying in this piece of you know what store, ever again. And do not recommend you! 1! 1!

Stay away from this company. They don't care if you shop with them or not. I ordered and received the Ultra HD Underpainting kit and was so impressed I went to order another one on their website. It was my birthday month so they had sent me a 20% off code that I used at checkout. The website glitched, and recorded the order but didn't give me a chance to pay. I called and spoke with a clueless, disinterested agent who talked over me and said I would have to start over. She put me on hold while I tried to recreate my order. I entered my coupon code and it said it was already used. When she came back online, she informed me I was out of luck, but if she could find someone to figure out what went wrong, she would call me back. Yeah, sure. It's been a week, and not only has no one called me back, the subsequent email I sent has gone unanswered. What a waste that this company has done something really good with developing high quality products, but put hostile people on the phone to sort out simple order snafus. I will never buy from them again, and make sure nobody I know does either. My dormant order number, waiting for a 20% discount and my credit card number is *******.
I ordered online and paid for overnight, didn't get any updates on the next day about the order. I was trying to call but no answers. On a third day after I contacted them twice by email about what's going on and where is my order, they answered me that it was sent and gonna be delivered tomorrow. So overnight it means not really overnight but a few days.
OMG, this company needs to fire the representative who is the ONLY person that online customers has to talk to if they have any concerns about their online orders. The representative is completely clueless, disinterested and lazy as other reviews mentioned. Last week, I wanted to order some lipsticks when they were 50% off, I placed the ordered but the website didn't not accept my bank info, I called the bank and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my bank account, so I call Makeup forever customer service to help me get the order go through. The customer service girl looked into my account and told me her system was so slow so she would call me back. I waited for few days and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK from her. I tried to pay with my phone and this time I got lucky, the order went through and I got an order number. But the next day my order got canceled for no reason. I called the customer service and talked to THE SAME girl, she was very rude, and seems does not care at all, she told me the same thing that someone would call me back. Of course I waited for 1 week and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I called the following week and again talked to the same girl, she with the same attitude telling me that someone would call me back. Are you really serious?! At this point, I lost the good deal because the 50% discount was gone, and I am going nowhere with the same message "SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK".
This company needs to do something with their customer service or they will go out of business because everyone is ordering online nowadays and this is extremely frustrating.
This company has great products but now some are no longer carried at Sephora. I placed an order and it's 30 days later and all they've done is lie! They sent me a tracking number for UPS but is only that they generated a label. After numerous calls and promises they continue to lie and make excuses. It's a shame that US office is ruining the reputation of this company. Beware, they'll keep your money and never ship! FRAUD
