I order all my shoes here. I like its delivery and price. But ones the size wasn't suitable. This problem was solved fast
I ordered a sweater at 10:32 in the am. I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I immediately hit contact seller to cancel the order. This was all done within a 5 minute time frame of me ordering this sweater. I received a response at 2:07 am the next day saying that my item was already shipped and I can't cancel it. The shipping says it will not get here for over a month. So now it is my problem to return it.
When Ordering I clicked on a chicket for expidited shipping. The next screen defaulted to standard shipping. I realized minutes after placing the order that it was not going to arrive on time for my event. I followed the websites instructions for canceling order and they responded promptly and canceled my order. The next business day they issued a refund. It took a few days for my bank to return the money to my account but that was communicated in the refund email

I have ordered from them three times before and haven't been disappointed yet. Idk why they ship stuff separately, that's annoying, but it's all good quality. I've gotten four pairs of shoes from them and one bodysuit. The shipping can take a while for some things but then some of my stuff I got witching a couple weeks. I really like this site so far.

I've used this site many times since i noticed it carried many of the same items i had ordered from NastyGal at a fraction of the cost.( i mean i ordered the EXACT same pair of shoes i also ordered from NastyGal.) i've only been truly bummed about one thing, a bathing suit. It was laughable. Everything else i've been pleasantly surprised. Quality you should expect from this sort of site is ranging from Forever21 to NastyGal. Most stuff is shipped from china so don't expect fast service. Ever. It's just not going to happen. Really surprised at all the reviews from people who aren't aware of where their cheap clothing is being made and shipped from. Order and be patient. Stuff generally arrives between 10 days and two weeks. Good site for trendy cheap clothing.
