I requested refund after 50 + days of excuses trying to work with this seller who goes by 3 names... the other being GEEK inc. They told me "USPS tracking was broke" We're international" Who hasn't ordered from China? Who knows USPS tracking doesn't break? They refresh tracking numbers so it appears to be in shipping movement. I contacted PayPal and finally my bank. SURPRISE after my bank was contacted it arrived 3 days later. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I will say there customer service team is good at getting back to you quickly, BUT they gave me the run around told me lies and it has taken over a month for 1 item to arrive, which i still have not received and there " track shipping" indicates that the postal service never received my item to be shipped to me in the first place, and they refused to give me a refund.

This company misleads you into believing it is American manufacturer, based out of California. I've ordered off the internet BY MISTAKE from companies like this one whose products are not only Made in China but whose product ACTUALLY SHIPS FROM CHINA! When the package arrived in Chinese, I knew it was going to have to go in the trash. All crap. I wouldn't even give it to a thrift store. And then there's Shein, which all the kids love because it is so CHEAP. Junk... all junk. Some of the products don't even list the material, it's so fake. Now I ALWAYS check out the company before I order anything.

I ordered two dresses and a backpack over two weeks ago, and still haven't received anything. Everytime I try to check my order information, it's virtually impossible to contact anyone at the company. Not sure if this is a huge scam, but I'm calling my credit card company asap to dispute the charge, because I'm pretty sure I'll never get anything from this phony site. It's a shame because I really wanted my purchases.

It's been 5 months I haven't got my money back, I ordered few pieces on December 2016 and the sizes of the shoes which came were too loose on me and my friend so we returned it and we ask for our money back they said it will take 15 days once they get the product back. I was fine with that but then it was almost 2 months and I started emailing them daily and they told 15 days all the time even now they are saying they send me the money but I haven't got in my credit card and now they are saying to have dispute and all BS. M done buying from this website ever, ridiculous service ever. Though the person whose responding is kind but doesn't matter haven't got the money yet.

Ok like first of all I had no idea that they are shipping from freakin China! They gave no clue at all about that I thought it was a totally American site it took so long to ship. The dress I ordered was obviously cotton and polyester was spelled wrong on the tag in the dress like really lol! I bet it was spelled wrong because it was not polyester! You guys can take a chance with your money if you want I don't have it like that though forget that!

I'm glad I found these reviews I won't be purchasing from here. The faux fur coat looked to good to be true. The website says 20% off for everyone and the coupon says its expired right when you put it in. False advertisement. I emailed them and explain with pictures and no response. Scam and rude. Won't be buying ever.

II've ordered a product from them about two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it delivered. What is going on? I should had gotten it already and not be waiting for it this long. I've emailed them and they don't even reply. What kind of service is this?

They don't ship your order until they get a complaint email! You will be waiting weeks for your items! & they're so unprofessional they don't even care if your upset about the delay. I wasn't offered a discount or anything! (not that I would ever shop here again) Ladies beware! When I finally get it I'll let you guys know if I'm happy with the item

You are better off ordering DIRECTLY from Aliexpress/Alibaba because that's where these clothes are from. My package still isn't here and they're giving me the run around about why it hasn't arrived. I began Google searching the images from their site only to find SEVERAL other companies using the same pictures. That's when I became suspicious that these clothes were from Aliexpress. I finally became fed up with live chatting & emailing what I assume are bots or people in another country and asked for a number. I was given a CHINESE number to contact and not an American one (which would've been given if the company was actually BASED out of California). Nothing more than another scummy Chinese vendor trying to make extra money. Buy straight from Aliexpress, at least there you know what to expect (and you can save more money).

This company gets merchandise from other companies, shoot the actual product on a model and sell it under pretense of delivering the same quality product as the pictures to customers which they knock off the style with extremely poor quality fabric and fit. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THEIR SITES. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They will con you and compromised your credit card!

This was my first time ordering on this site and I had a defective item. I ordered a pair of boots which I really liked until I tried it on. One side was a lot tighter than the other side. Both were the same size and it was very uncomfortable to feel the difference. I wanted to return it, and they are going to charge me for a return shipping label. I wasn't happy about it because the boots were defective otherwise I would have kept them. FYI, I bought the same brand on Amazon and there was a huge difference between the two. I highly don't recommend buying from MAKEMECHIC.

This site use to be my number one site to buy from until they made their style to kardashian. It's boring. I see the same styles constantly. I wanna spend my money on colorssss. More blue jeanss. More summer colors. No swade... i want colorful skinny jeans. Boy shirts and belly button crop tips with a blue jean lining or lace. A lace top with sparkles and suprise. Not green black blush pink khaki and grey all the time... its just gotten ridiculouse. I miss the old make me chic. Come back makemechic. Come back..

This company SCAMMED me today. I waited 4 weeks to get my order, then it showed up a mess.
There is NO address or phone number. BEWARE!

Avoid this site at all costs their clothing is cheap the sizes are off and then they want you to pay to send it back. I bought shoes in size 11 and they are actually about an 8.5 and a dress that was so bad I hurried up and took it off when I tried it on the slit in it was damn near up to my neck and and the fit but the bottom of it was little and short. I have bought clothes from similar sites before but this one is horrible it should be against the law for them to sell this junk.If I could I would give them a negative 5 stars.

I fell in love with some pieces on their site and got heart broken when I received the items. It is like day and night. Will not order ever again. I have told my friends and family about my unpleasant experience. Return is so difficult so I just gave up..

I feel so stupid for not looking up reviews on this site initially. I saw an ad on Pinterest for a shirt I was in love with, and foolishly clicked and purchased right away. I ordered a size medium after reviewing their size chart. Upon receiving it in the mail, the shirt was WAY too small. I could barely move my arms in it. The quality was also super poor. Then, I noticed the shirt didn't even have any tags attached to it. THEN, I noticed there wasn't even a printed receipt in the bag. I've never ordered anything online and received something like this. It was literally just the shirt I ordered stuffed into a bag. I submitted a ticket regarding returning the shirt, per the instructions on their website. The rep that went back and forth with me had really poor broken English. He wasn't even reading what I was asking. I asked for the address I should return this to, and he came back and said that they will not pay for my shipping. (I never asked them to... face palm). I decided to open a LiveChat on their website, and spoke with Heather. I was getting really short responses from her, just super unprofessional. I was already suspicious to begin with, but then I started reading these reviews while mid-conversation with Heather. So I asked her how she will ensure that I actually get my money back upon returning this shirt. Her response (image proof attached) said "I mean they should refund you". WHAT IS THIS? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this site at all costs.

I am so hurt I did not see these comments before ordering from them. I want to cancel my order and haven't heard anything back. I am a stylist and work with other companies such as Vue Boutique they are always on point with their clothing and shoes. Everything is sent out with ina couples days and take 2 days to get it. Im about to call the bank and report this company to the BBB if I don't refund my account.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. It took weeks to receive the boots I ordered and they were not the boots I paid for. After the company requested I mail them the boots back asap, which they got back a few days later, It then took them another 3 weeks to send me the right boots. The boots were not true to size at all. I am usually a size 8 1/2 and I ordered a 9. The 9 were way too small. I had to mail these boots back which cost me $14.00. So I lost 2 months of my time and $14.00. Also, the headache it takes just to speak with someone and having to submit a ticket to get any customer support. Do not order from this company!

I bought these dress like 2 weeks ago one of them have the biggest gray stain on them n they are to big. I want to exchange them but they are giving me the run around. I just want my money back...
