English is the language of business and governent in India. Everyone must learn it; there are over 150 more languages spoken on the subcontinent. So shouldn't people in India, especially those in customer support jobs, speak it better? Apparently this is not a requirement at Majestec. When you subscribe to their "service" they don't even install a link on your computer, you must call an 800 number. In about half of the instances, it will ring 10 times and then cut off. and the quality of the techs is very uneven, except that most of them aren't very good. It takes me multiple calls to resolve anything. And when they tell you they'll call back the next day, don't wait by the phone; it ain't gonna happen. I'm still looking for a good tech support website. This is NOT one of them.
