I found Mainely Urns doing a Google search for a nameplate for our recently deceased pet. I was impressed by the selection of pet memorials. I ordered three products. Mainely Urns kept me updated to let me know the massive storms had knocked out all communication at their business. Updated me regularly. And followed up now to make sure I actually received the product. So happy during a very sad time. Thank you for going above and beyond and the exceptional products. Highly recommend. Steven Adams
The packaging was not sufficient in protecting the base of the unit. Was severely damaged/crushed so bad that 2 Iarge chunks were chipped off. Suggest they put it in another box with some styrofoam over the top of it. I brought it to a car dealer [family friend] who bondoed it and repainted it for me overnight. As I had no time to return it and get a new one due to the burial date.

I had a very smooth experience. This manufactured marble urn is sturdy, and you can use it in the ground at a cemetery without an urn vault as it is weight bearing. The faux marble was pretty and we got it in my mom's favorite color - purple. I got the standard shipping and it arrived in three days. It was packed in at least two cardboard boxes, very secure. My mom was a bargain hunter and she would have appreciated us saving $500 by purchasing this.

Perfect product and price!
I received constant updates as to when my items were to be shipped and delivered. Talk about great customer experience. I found the urn on Amazon, but felt more comfortable with ordering directly from this website. I knew that since this was a very delicate item and the care it needed, for my own peace of mind, ordering from the direct website would be best. I was able to do MORE than I was able to do on Amazon. Plus, I also purchased an angel necklace to keep my daddy close to my heart.

The wood urn was packaged very well. The wood urn came out perfect with my favorite picture of my Terri girl. I love that we were able to customize it and put an inscription on it. I hope she knows how much we love her and miss her. We have it placed in our living room, makes us feel like she is still with us. Although Terri was a small poodle, we chose a larger urn to allow for it to stand out in our living room.
I liked the design of the urn. The wood colored urn looks elegant and I loved that we were able to customize it to our liking.

My brother passed in January 2024. He was a proud US Marine serving two tours in Vietnam. We talked on the telephone almost daily three or four times a day. He lived in CT and I live in MA. I loved and still love him. When I ordered his urn and then received it finished I actually cried. I knew then and know how proud he would be. He was proud of his service time as a US Marine and I will always be proud of him.
Being born and brought up in Maine why not. When I started speaking to Kevin in my initial phone call and finding out where Mainely is located, New Glouster, and knowing that town was near to and dear to my heart I had to purchase my beautiful urn from them. Also knowing that Kevin and I had a connection to Maine…we both grew up in Portland, we both went to the same high school, different years however, and our summers were spent in the same Gray/Dry Mills area at times meant that the urn was going to mean it would be special to me and to my brother forever.
The granite stone plaque was beautifully etched and exactly what I wanted. Customer service was quick to answer my questions and the end product shipped out quickly as well. Thank you for such a great experience during a tough time.

Very nice crafted product. However, it should be noted that the item description suggests this urn can accommodate the remains of a 200lb person. My father weighed approximately 130lbs upon his passing and I was barely able to fit his remains in this box.
