Claim Your BusinessHello: We just placed our first order with Magnets.com. It was a custom order in which we sent them a jpeg of our logo and tag line and they printed it on a heart shaped magnet. Other magnet suppliers requested logos be die cut, etc, a much more complicated and expensive process if you have to pay your graphic designer to prepare the proof. Magnets.com got the order finished and shipped within 3 days. All prices, including shipping were as quoted. Delivered without a hitch. We will be ordering from them again. Thank you, good job.

We've ordered from this company a few times per year for a few years, but decided today that we are severing our business relationship with them. The printing is higher quality than you can get from other internet printers - and more durable than some other printers. The thicker magnet options are a nice touch. The range of products is very helpful. The website offers a good ordering system. Their prices are very competitive.
We had real shipping problems with them, and they still can't seem to manage to print address labels on our packages correctly. When we send things blind drop ship, we caught them putting their promotional material in packages. We also caught them consistently overcharging us, and had to negotiate a refund. That was about the last straw. It's difficult at times to differentiate between their loose moral standards and their pervasive incompetence for simple business procedures such as printing shipping labels and invoicing. Currently, their quoted shipping prices are routinely 33% higher when you get to check out. But watch the other prices on your invoices and credit card statement as well. Take nothing for granted Magnets.com
Tip for consumers:
Double check every bill and charge against your original quote. Don't do their broker program.
