Ordered a lot of shoes and they were hideous in person, wanted to return them and the label provided did not work. I emailed them and asked for another label and they said they would not provide me with anther one! So I had to pay to ship the shoes with cost $15 and then when I got refunded they charged me $12 for ahipping as if I had used their label, it cost me almost $30 to return their stupid shoes! I contacted several times via email and they never even responded. I went on Instagram and Facebook asking about it and they BLOCKED ME from all their social media! Really?! RIDICULOUS company with poor customer service. Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER!
