Terrible customer service. The phone number is a fake. Emails are few if any. Order was incomplete, and return service poor. Seek other companies to do business with!

Avoid this website. Haven't received shoes ordered Dec. 2010 while credit card has already been charged. Automated responses to email inquiries and phone calls to customer service is cut after 1 min 30 secs. Should have visited this website before ordering.

I ordered a pair of shoes in early January. They charged my credit card the next day and the shoes have never been delivered. I have tried to call numerous times only to be told there will be a 20 minute wait (always the same answer) and when waiting on the phone it is disconnected so you never get through. I have written emails and there is no response. Terrible company and will never deal with them again.

Terrible customer service, phone calls placed on forever hold, no response to shipping issues, and orders are typically incomplete or non existent. They charge your CC immediately and if you do get a shipment it comes directly from China and will be incomplete. Difficult to dispute the charges on the credit cad, so shop elsewhere! This is a scam website and they also sell counterfeit items.

We placed a $220 shoe order about 2 months ago. My credit card was billed asap but no shoes arrived. We have exchanged about a dozen e-mails with thier "customer service" which amounts to nothing more than cut and paste responses. No shoes and no refund. This has been the worst internet shopping company I have ever dealt with.
