Fabric samples sent quickly. Easy to order online. Received 8 blinds in a week 1/2. We ordered the standard manual cord loop which work well for us. I was thrilled with the service. It had been 4-5 years prior that we bought our house full of blinds. I needed to replace one but couldn't find my invoice to verify the color. Customer service found my previous order, verified the color & it was received in the time frame expected. Its wonderful to talk to a live customer service rep that knows how to resolve your issues. Ordered 2 blinds on January 4th t is now January 16th and they haven't shipped. I was told they haven't cleared customs. Never realized they were being imported from Mexico. I hope that when they finally show up they are satisfactory

Never try to buy anything from this website, Decorate With Style, Inc. DBA USA Wallpaper. They are a fake company. They tricked me into ordering wallpaper border from them on June 11,2009. In their confirmation email, they state that if you do not receive your order after 30 days, you can cancel the order for a full refund. After 57 days had passed and I had no order, I called and cancelled. They told me the cancellation was being processed. Then, instead of giving me the refund, they sent me a product that was not the size that I had ordered, so I cannot use it. Now they are refusing to give me the full refund that they had already promised me. They said I can mail the product back to them and receive a partial refund. They insist that I must pay their 30% restocking fee in order to cover their own mistakes. Do not attempt to do any business with this company, and warn everyone that you know!

False advertising of "Free if not shipped within 24hrs". 50hrs after my order was placed it, somehow, was still within the mystical 24hr window! Now it's 72hrs later... and still hasn't been shipped... but still is not FREE as claimed. Apparently their small print has some smoke-n-mirrors explanation of how they calculate 24hrs, which clearly is different from the rest of us just doing simple math!
Aside from a few warped slats in every blind I've bought from them, the service is okay.
