I got an email from made In china app in which there was a number of the supplier (shenzhen paiyi technology co.ltd). I dealed with that company & paid 405usd and now it has been more than a month that I am writing email to made in china customer care and getting no response from them I got stuck and regret to deal through this mode any one seeing my comment pls don't promote this types of app they all are fraud. Made in china app has only fraud supplier.

Price lying scammers. Show you the one price on tge app and site, then tell absolutely another.

I ordered masks through made-in-china.com from "Wuhan Xin Lai Fu Hydraulic Pneumatic Equipment Co., Ltd.". Seller took money through Paypal but first keep making excuses and then gave fake tracking number which got delivered to some random place in New York instead of PA where I live. I raised this issue multiple times with made-in-china.com but they have done absolutely nothing. I am still waiting till date any action taken by the management against scam seller.

Watch out! The jacket I received was nothing like the one posted in Pinterest, which links you to the company. I was unaware that I was buying from China. All of the edges, sleeves, collar were just cut. The only part sewn was to give the jacket sleeves and give it some shape. Of course, it won't fray because felt is great for crafts but a toddler could have done a better job with felt and Elmer's glue.

Im still very angry, i lost my hard earned money to start a small business.
First this company (listed on made-in-china.com) agreed and promised everything, then asked for 45% deposit but after they had recieved the deposit they started to make excuses after excuses. In the end this company disappeared. Contacted made-in-china.com but NO help but all bull$#*! and crap. Please please DO NOT trust this platform. Never ever pay anything in advance, not even a penny. Learn from my experiance. Cheers

Have been dealing with Dongguan Xinguan Swimwear, if you enjoy quality AND your money do not buy from them! Samples were great and then when ordering large quantities, was sent inferior apparel plus large amount of missing items. So now they have my money in credit (thousands) and I have apparel that I can't even sell. Mr Allen Tian you're a disgusting and disappointing excuse of a human being

My experience with Made.in.China.com has been a disaster. The supplier: Mecan Medical Equipment Ltd of Guangzhou was not trustworthy. I purchased two different sets of supposedly good quality hearing aids, only to be supplied with the types kf lower standards. I reasoned with the supplier and with Made.in.China.com, for return and refund, but to no avail. Stay away from this supplier

I used this site i paid €1645 dollars making a contract of 7400 dollars to *******@auton.cn All gone and already after a month i will contact a lawyer

Maggie from roc medical supplied me with a cemetery lowering device which was not true to description. She will not fix her mistake and I think she is a dishonest thief. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was scammed by AQ PINS & Gift Co. LTD. I lost my 3,500 USD from their scam. Until now i never got my money back. I contacted the support of made in china several times but nothing happened. No feedback whatsoever. Everytime i ask for update nothing was happening. Its been a year now and i never got my money back. Their scammer employees are Cynthia, alice, michelle and kevin. I wanted to get a new propeller for my boat, and ask made in china. New marine anwared and can make s propeller as my specifications. I pay 150$ extra for cupping of propeller blade and tell that its very importert. But last picture before shipping is without cupping. Propeller came and I tested propeller at the boat, but it dont work as i know before i tryed. After i want to return propeller, but they dont answare me. Bad service from made in china.

Forwarders are a complete scams. Onces I paid for my shipment. They have not yet shipped because of my postcode. Its RIDICULOUS! They have a month saying the same thing. And that the longer it takes the fees will just rise. Not my fault they can't do there jobs right! I reported this and also showed proof of payment to this place and I have not yet heard anything from the website. They just don't care, period. Thank goodness I didn't spent more that $50 on shipment. I learned my lesson! Be careful with this website.

Therefore theres no reason to send you the product - take your money, and then cancel their email NOTHING YOU CAN DO

I got stung bigtime US2500, dont trust Made-in-China because the website itself is a scam, "audited supplier" is a lie from the start - theres no point in taking the risk, go for other websites trade assurance ONLY

The fishy thing about this site is when you inquire about products you will receive mixed emails from suppliers who doesn't even have a store on their site! So who is allowing this site to release inquiries? Fishy business! Not one business will use their STS system that in it self is a joke. They give companies a trusted badge next to their name to make you feel safe in placing orders. Just because a company incorporated a "name" doesn't make them trustworthy!

I even found what seems to be legit supplier from their website but because I was scammed For $2500 by a diamond/gold/audited/ Supplier I will never ever purchase or look forward to doing any business with made-in-China or any similar company.
It may be harder for me to start from scratch again but this time I'll do business in my own country where if there are any discrepancies I can simply return it and get my hard working earned money back!

Tried them in 2019, instantly found scammers selling way too cheap items, tried again in 2021, same thing, cheap prices, they contact me outside of app, want bank transfer or Western Union... Do not use!

I tried to purchase a schmidt hammer from one of their GOLD MEMBERS supplier named SINO AGE DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY. WATCH OUT!. I complained about them to the claim department by email at *******@made.in.china.com. The supplier replied after a month claiming that the bank werent tryna release the payment so she issued a refund. Its been two months and i havent recieved a refund. Everytime i email *******@made.in.china.com, i get no response. Where do i go from here?. Its mad i was purchasing that item for someone and right now im seen as unreliable. Dont buy stuff from here scammers everywhere.

Ordered 30 pcs of graphics card from ACC STAR SOURCE, LOST USD 3750. GUY NAME MUSK GAO. PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE... NO TRACKING NUMBER NO GOODS. JUST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY GIVE YOU FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS WHICH DOESN'T EVEN WORK.

I have purchase masks from the " validated" supplier in your site. They are even a diamond member. All evidence shows that we are not in the wrong asking back our money is a huge stress. A Why cant you intervene and remove suppliers like this from your site. I have sent them all evidence buy still no action. I think there is something behind the scenes going on and maybe a cover up. I mean here we are talking about peopls lifes and they take their time. This company which we bought the masks from doesn't even exists buy they are regirested as a diamond supplier on your site. What have made in china did the mast 3 months nothing. Something is not right here but if I read all the other reviews my review is close to home.

I sent $998.00 to Yuchang Yili Machinery co. LTD for farm implement. They continue to deny receipt of my money and refused to sent my paid implement. I complained to Made-in-China customer service people which they have ignored my inquiry.
Bottom line, after 3 months of frustrating struggle Made-in-China and it's product provider, Yuchang Yili Machinery are proved to me as scam and fraudulent. I learned my lesson on dealing with Chinese. Be warned!

I paid for a leather dalmatian purse that was never delivered by the carrier. The carrier was "17 track"... the notes are confusing it says delivered and then it says twice after that "Delayed" that was 15 days ago. I have sent several emails about the issue with no resolution. I'm out 50 dollars.

I made a Contract with one of freight companies, They are Gold member. Our agreement was for (DDP) service, They Company are mentioned in Their Company's You can through(Western Union, Money Gram, T/T... etc), I tried to pay Them through (Western Union), They told Me it is troublesome, I asked Them I will pay through (MONEYGRAM) They told Me it is troublesome, finally I paid Them through a local shipping agent. After I paid Them They telling We can't do (DDP) for Your area & You have pay extra fee for port to port. I asked Them to give back our products to US, They saying You have to pay port fee. Name of Company is (Bestship International Logitics(Shenzhen), Co,. Ltd). I am waiting to get an answer from here is My E-mail(*******@yahoo.com)

Wosre experiance ever, lost over NZ 2k. They dont take any responsibilty of the complaints. They would just forward your complaint to guilty party and wait for a miracle to heppen. Please please please dont use this service and waste your hard earned money.
