Beautiful well made dress. Colour true to the photo on website. Very comfortable fabric. Well made and the material is rich and flows as I walk. Many compliments. Fast shipping. Help given from assistant was much appreciated. Jj House is my preferred online store for formal dresses and accessories.
Trying to complete a return/exchange the company avoided returning calls, responding to emails or texts. After sending a dress back Madam Bridal refused any sort of refund/exchange and has refused to return the dress. Initiated fraud claim with CC company and Madam Bridal continuously lied about the condition of the dress and said the dress had been worn. Do not buy anything from this company, totally dishonest!
The customer service here was nothing short of excellence. Before coming to Madame Bridal, I had been to four other store's searching for the perfect prom dress. I was upset that I could not find what I wanted for my special night. A store associate assisted me and asked me if there was a dress I was looking for in particular so I gave her an idea of what I needed. She helped me find multiple options from Rachel Allen to Sherri Hill all for under $300! Because of Madame Bridal, I looked stunning for my prom night.
I have to admit that I wasn't sold immediately on the Dessy 57 Grand when I first saw it, but as a bridesmaid I didn't have much choice because that's what my sister-in-law to be wanted. Once I had it taken in slightly however, I have to say that it looked amazing! In fact, I got compliment the whole night from people at the reception that said I wore it best. (Yay!) The color was a perfect match for my skin tone and I got to show off my legs, which I think are my best feature, so in the end I was very happy. By the way, everyone at Madame Bridal was a joy to work with, especially Simon, and they had everything ready on time too. Thank you to everyone and you can bet that I will recommend you to all my girls in the future.
