Beautiful well made dress. Colour true to the photo on website. Very comfortable fabric. Well made and the material is rich and flows as I walk. Many compliments. Fast shipping. Help given from assistant was much appreciated. Jj House is my preferred online store for formal dresses and accessories.
Trying to complete a return/exchange the company avoided returning calls, responding to emails or texts. After sending a dress back Madam Bridal refused any sort of refund/exchange and has refused to return the dress. Initiated fraud claim with CC company and Madam Bridal continuously lied about the condition of the dress and said the dress had been worn. Do not buy anything from this company, totally dishonest!
To get someone to respond and tell me where my dress is, is like pulling teeth! My dress, I was told via email would arrive the second week of June. Its now the end of June, no dress no email. When I send messages all I get is... we will let you know. Wonder where my dress is
