After searching hours and hours for a nice evening dress that I had in my mind I found macktak.com I found 4 beautiful dresses by the designer Terani Couture and called them. Since the dresses were heavy beaded I thought maybe they would be custom made and they are not available. After calling their customer service I found out that all styles were available and ready to be shipped! I was thrilled. Not like those Chinese websites that they have to make the dress for you in months and you don't know what you are getting. So finally I ordered 2 dresses from them and it came extremely fast and exactly as described. The gentleman's name who helped me was named Alen. I would also like to thank him here for his patience. I definitely do recommend them and I will shop from them again.

I absolutely reccomend MackTak to anyone wanting to purchase fabulous gowns at a fair price for their business. Jimmy was extremely helpful with my order and the dresses arrived promptly and in fabulous condition. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future as I have had bad experiences elsewhere.

The first time I stumbled upon Macktak was in 2011 where I ordered my Terani prom dress. It was a delight talking to the customer service and I received my dress just within a few days. I again ordered a dress recently for my upcoming cousin's wedding, and they really haven't changed since the first time I dealt with them. The delivery was really quick and the dress is just more beautiful than the pictures. I can say my experience with them is nothing but satisfying.

I've ordered twice from this site. They are very reliable with international orders (UK, London). This time they didn't have my dress so they emailed me and gave me a chance to exchange it. You can easily chat to them online and they're very very helpful as they can give you extra measurements for example if needed. The only disadvantage is the tax that we have to pay on top of the price which is obviously not their fault I just wished they had a shop in London! Definitely a reliable site! I love their Jovani and Tony Bowls dresses!

Impressive customer service and super fast delivery. I ordered a mother of the bride Jovani dress from this website last week, and I was absolutely pleased with the whole procedure of calling their helpline and seeking the genuine and friendly help in terms of making sure I get the right dress for my need. I have shopped from them before and I totally recommend it! Very trustworthy!

Loved their NYC boutique! Especially since its only a few blocks away from where I work and often times I passed by the store and I never actually entered. So I looked up a dress online and found out that I could make an appointment and go and try it on. The girl assisting me was super nice and I really took my time and tried on a few of my favorite dresses. I'm glad I found this store because now I can find my favorite designer couture dresses and actually try them on and even better get an unbeatable deal!

I had researched and looked into purchasing a specific Tadashi gown. Other websites had some mixed to poor reviews. I decided to try MackTak after reading mostly favourable reviews.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email and decided to call two days after placing my order. The associate was very friendly. She apologized and sent my confirmation right away.

Hilariously enough... about 30 minutes after receiving my confirmation email, I received a knock at the door. The courier was there with my dress! I ordered on Wednesday night... received it Friday morning.

For those who say there are problems with their gowns (poor quality or craftsmanship)... not sure what you're talking about. I received an AUTHENTIC Tadashi gown. Not a stitch out of place. It is perfect.

For other Canadian shoppers - a warning - the shipping is free... but you WILL pay customs charges. This is unavoidable for MackTak - so don't blame them. I've been shopping online for 15 years - you WILL have to pay customs and import fees. It's the same as crossing the border to shop in Buffalo or Detroit and returning with merchandise. Unavoidable.
I didn't mind paying the $60 fee. MackTak gave me a great deal on my gown... the customs fees were secondary.

I just got my Tony Bowls dress in the mail and I am soo in love with it! Its so soft and the color is so pretty n person. It fits so perfect on me everywhere. I totally love Tony Bowls. Their dresses are so pretty. I was looking at them a long time and I was so excited I found them for sale at macktak & I lovee the free bracelet MTM gave me too! Its so cute. I can wear it with anything. I can't wear the dress for prom next week!

I was looking for a dress and I could not find it anywhere. I called these guys and they didn't have it eiher. I told the customer rep how much i loved the dress. She told me if I like to see some similar styles and I said ok. She helped me for 3 days back and forth to find a similar one. Their personal shopping service is fantastic. I was really amazed. She didn't get upset or pissed from me bugging her. They have my support.

I just received my dress Jovani 7450. I ordered it for my daughter's prom. The dress is stunning, honestly looks exactly like in the picture and made beautifully. My daughter loved it! MackTak is fantastic! I can't believe I just scored such a great deal! I just bought an DESIGNER evening gown from them that came with free shipping, free shoes, and a free clutch as the accessory! Wonderful store to shop at! I recently found this store, which is located right next to Lord&Taylor on 38th st and I have no problem finding my favorite dresses in their huge collection at great values. They are very friendly and caring in terms of how to treat a customer and even when they are flooded with customers, they find a way to tend to your needs and find you the dress you want. I especially love the videos of the dresses on their website, makes shopping for dresses online a lot easier, and this way I could choose a dress online and walk in to their store and buy it without being disappointed of any disparity between the picture and the actual dress, as had previously occured to me. Loved MacktakMART!

I LOVED IT! Ever since I saw a fabulous dress on Megan Fox and I found out it was the Terani *******H, I knew I have to have it in my life ASAP! Eventhough I found it on a couple of high-end sites, MackTakMart was the only one that had it in stock and promised me I will have it the next day! And next day I got it! The customer service was super nice and helpful and they came through for me! I've told some of my girls to also shop from them and they all have been very happy with it!

I love free shipping. I mean, i love it. I love it even more when they ship the next day. And even more when i get the package the same week. And still more when I get it in 3 days. And now that I'm done gushing about Mack Tak's great shipping, I will talk about the delicious dress I bought! Another thing, their sales! Unbelievable! I bought a Tadashi cocktail dress for under $100! I have always loved the mind of that man. His collections are always so classy and sumptuous, never too showy, and great for a woman of any age. My daughter loves to borrow my Tadashi dresses. And she is 22. You see what I mean? Their customer service is great, so pleasant on the phone, always. I suggest always checking the stock before you buy. Its always safer that way. And always go back. Mack Tak Mart has been a great store for me every time. I bought this Terani C1284 dress and its so cool! I love the short lenght so I can wear it in the summer too. It fits perfectly and I'm so glad I was able to get it before my birthday party! I love Terani and MackTak for carrying this designer! This is my new favorite dress.

I bought a jovani 4247 dress size 4 from macktakmart.com and the dress arrived exactly on time and I was very satisfied with the quality and the on time delivery. The only issue I had was the size. The dress was a bit large for me. When I called macktak within 24 hours they told me the size 2 is not in stock but it will arrive in 3 weeks. So I gave them all my information and I called them back in 3 weeks and the size 2 was on hold for me. The customer service was very patient with me and I easily exchanged my dress with a size 2. The impressive part was that the exchanged item arrived fast too. I am happy with my purchase and I already recommended macktakmart.com to my friends for their prom.
