A few days ago I ordered a dress for my engagement. Today they sent me an email to say that the dress is not in stock. I said to them I know but they gave me the option to pre order. She replies saying I will have to pay even more money for pre ordering it!! Thanks for ruining my engagement!
So disappointed with this service
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! the only reason I ordered my dress through this site is because it was the only site that had the dress in stock. Before purchasing the dress, I called the number on the website to double check that the dress was in stock in the size and color I wanted (00 and white). Before checking out, I wanted to ensure that my dress would get to me by a certain time before my event to allow for enough time to get it tailored. I used "live chat" to talk to a customer service representative for OVER AN HOUR! to finally be told I would get my dress by a certain day (the representative told me that he/she checked to see when the earliest I could receive the dress would be). I was told the dress would be shipped on a Friday, and I would receive the dress by Monday the latest (because I paid for 2day shipping). Sunday night I logged in, and saw that my dress had yet to be shipped! I e-mailed the company and received an email stating the dress would be shipped to me on Wednesday; I received the dress on Friday. Friday, I waited to sign for the package via UPS, and I opened the box to find a size 2 not a 00 like I had ordered! I tried on the dress, and it was falling off of me; there was no way I could even have the dress altered because it was two sizes too big. I called the store and the same guy I spoke with on the day I purchased it, who verified the dress was in stock, talked to me like I was an idiot. He kept saying, "are you sure the dress is too big?" He then told me he couldn't do anything for me because it was a holiday weekend. He told me that he would fix it, and that I would be 100% satisfied with the service I received by the end of this whole mess. The guy told me that he would call me on Monday to let me know what he would do for me. Monday came, and by 3pm I still had not received a phone call from him! So I called, and he told me, "yeah, I talked to shipping department and they said they sent the right size dress." Okay, so that means you don't have to call me back like you said you would? I e-mailed the store a copy of the tag that says "USA 2" and the e-mail I got back said "Please visit our website and check the style size chart. Size 00 is one inch smaller than 0 for each part.... If the dress you received is larger than the above measurements, then you have right, if the measurement is correct and still the dress is large for you, then you need a special order according to your own measurements." First, if it is 100% authentic like the website says these dresses are, they cannot be custom fit. Secondly, I have ordered the same name brand dress in a 00 and it fit me perfectly.
I have done nothing but jump through hoops to get this dress, and I have received nothing but the worst service and headache from this place. This store is a scam, and I am making it a point to write reviews about this store on every site possible!
