I ordered dress and I paid for shopping, I ordered another one and I was to supposed to return the first one. Now they don't reply at all
It's huge scam

If I had read the reviews before desperately ordering from this site, I would not be in the predicament I am in today. I had been looking for a dress for my daughters wedding. I finally found "THE DRESS", unfortunately because it was out of season my size was only available on this site. When I called to order I was informed by Allen that my size was not available but he had a dress that was exactly the same except for the sleeves, So I agreed to this dress since I was down to the wire. When the dress arrived, it was similar but did not fit well due to the bustline, which is why the original one was PERFECT! I called again spoke to Allen, and explained what happened and he said no problem send the dress back for a refund. I sent the dress back on 1/3/20, it was received at their location on 1/7/20, it was signed for at their location and to date 7/1/20 I have not received my refund, not 1 call and no answer to my last 6 emails. I would not recommend anyone else buying from them, after reading reviews (AFTER MY PURCHASE) I realized I am not the first customer they have not treated well! LESSON LEARNED HERE

This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with any company in my life. I ordered a dress off of MackTak in April; however, it didn't fit me. I emailed them to return it, and they were extremely reluctant for me to return the item (e.g. Offering exchanges and so-on). I said I don't want the dress and they said I have to return it in a week and that the will only give me an 85% refund. I did as they said; however, they still have not yet to refund me. I've been going back and forth over email and on the phone getting the same run-around. They even stopped answering my phone calls. They have been repeatedly been saying it's already been "processed". Finally today, I received an email from them saying there was an error on their side, and that they have reprocessed the refund (only 85%). Of course, it's still not in my bank account because this company is extremely incompetent. They didn't even have the decency to give me a full refund even after FOUR months. They held the client (me) to a ridiculous standard of returning a dress within a week; however, they don't hold themselves to the same standard (it's been four months). This is an extremely unethical company. I returned the dress, they resold it, and kept my money. They are liars, stealers, and cheats. Please AVOID at all costs.

Been shopping on this site for more than a year now, the only thing i can say is, love, love and love it!

A few days ago I ordered a dress for my engagement. Today they sent me an email to say that the dress is not in stock. I said to them I know but they gave me the option to pre order. She replies saying I will have to pay even more money for pre ordering it! Thanks for ruining my engagement!
So disappointed with this service

I liked 2 dresses from this company and tried to do an online chat first and they invited me for a video call and I was surprised because no one offered me that before. So I went on a video call with them and they showed me the dresses and then I made my purchase. The dresses were very good quality even better than the video and I was very surprised because I only paid $299 for each dress! :) Im a big fan of them now and i highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The only reason I ordered my dress through this site is because it was the only site that had the dress in stock. Before purchasing the dress, I called the number on the website to double check that the dress was in stock in the size and color I wanted (00 and white). Before checking out, I wanted to ensure that my dress would get to me by a certain time before my event to allow for enough time to get it tailored. I used "live chat" to talk to a customer service representative for OVER AN HOUR! To finally be told I would get my dress by a certain day (the representative told me that he/she checked to see when the earliest I could receive the dress would be). I was told the dress would be shipped on a Friday, and I would receive the dress by Monday the latest (because I paid for 2day shipping). Sunday night I logged in, and saw that my dress had yet to be shipped! I e-mailed the company and received an email stating the dress would be shipped to me on Wednesday; I received the dress on Friday. Friday, I waited to sign for the package via UPS, and I opened the box to find a size 2 not a 00 like I had ordered! I tried on the dress, and it was falling off of me; there was no way I could even have the dress altered because it was two sizes too big. I called the store and the same guy I spoke with on the day I purchased it, who verified the dress was in stock, talked to me like I was an idiot. He kept saying, "are you sure the dress is too big?" He then told me he couldn't do anything for me because it was a holiday weekend. He told me that he would fix it, and that I would be 100% satisfied with the service I received by the end of this whole mess. The guy told me that he would call me on Monday to let me know what he would do for me. Monday came, and by 3pm I still had not received a phone call from him! So I called, and he told me, "yeah, I talked to shipping department and they said they sent the right size dress." Okay, so that means you don't have to call me back like you said you would? I e-mailed the store a copy of the tag that says "USA 2" and the e-mail I got back said "Please visit our website and check the style size chart. Size 00 is one inch smaller than 0 for each part... If the dress you received is larger than the above measurements, then you have right, if the measurement is correct and still the dress is large for you, then you need a special order according to your own measurements." First, if it is 100% authentic like the website says these dresses are, they cannot be custom fit. Secondly, I have ordered the same name brand dress in a 00 and it fit me perfectly.

I have done nothing but jump through hoops to get this dress, and I have received nothing but the worst service and headache from this place. This store is a scam, and I am making it a point to write reviews about this store on every site possible!

After searching hours and hours for a nice evening dress that I had in my mind I found macktak.com I found 4 beautiful dresses by the designer Terani Couture and called them. Since the dresses were heavy beaded I thought maybe they would be custom made and they are not available. After calling their customer service I found out that all styles were available and ready to be shipped! I was thrilled. Not like those Chinese websites that they have to make the dress for you in months and you don't know what you are getting. So finally I ordered 2 dresses from them and it came extremely fast and exactly as described. I definitley do recommedn tham and I will shop from them again.

I have bought many times from MackTak and I am very happy with their service and their sale items. They are really worth it! Thanks for your great service!

I would like to share my story with you. After 4 months of searching for my dress and what to wear on my daughters wedding I finally found an amazing dress from this website macktak. I called them 8 times and asked them so many questions and thanks to them they were very patient with me and helped me all the way every single time. I ordered my dress and the dress was exactly as described and I was sooooo happy and thrilled! I looked amazing in it. They even helped me with the color of my shoes and accessories. God bless you!

I have received my order with wrong size and no replies to my email.
I tried to contact them on Instagram also no reply. Nor on website chat.

I've been a customer of MackTak since 2018 and I just made my third order with them and I am very happy with all my 3 purchases. Dresses are very high quality, exactly as picture and unlike those Chinese websites that I bought dresses before and they shipped me something else. Macktak dresses are genuine and sewn by hand.

Recently, I found Mack Tack online and I am really impressed with the huge collection of awesome designer dresses. I have never seen any website with such gorgeous dresses. The best part is that website is easy to use and the customer support is very responsive. I called them about the size issues and the operator was very experienced in satisfying the customers. She explained me everything about my size and fitting issues. Above all, I love the super fast delivery here in London. Will buy another dress from this site soon!

I was searching for a dress, when I came across MackTak. They have some gorgeous dresses and they also have a variety of designers to choose from. I needed this dress for my rehearsal dinner and wasn’t sure when I would receive it so I contacted customer service through the live chat. The lady who assisted me was wonderful, she was able to tell me when it would be shipped and if it would arrive on time. Customer Service is important to me and she provided excellent customer service. I am very impressed with this company and their fast delivery! I ended up getting the dress on time and received many compliments on my dress.

I ordered a dress on Friday, 900 dollars, I received a message with order no #******* & claiming that an email will be sent with track no, which never happened,
Tried to send an email several time, no response.
I contacted them on the their no from website, the call didn't go through!

I was searching for a prom dress for ages and then I stumbled upon the MackTak website. It was so hard to pick one, because there are hundreds of gorgeous dresses. Finally, I picked the Angela and Alison ******* dress. I live in Bulgaria, but to my surprise the dress came in just 3 days! The prices were great, too! I've been trying to order Terani gown that i fell in love with. But i have ordered from multiple websities saying"in stock" but they then send me an email saying it's not in stock. I was tired of getting my hopes up. Finally i called Terani and ask them where can i get this dress. They guided me to macktack.com and since this time they are my favorite website.Not only they finali hadthe dress i wanted but they explained everything about international shipping and the girl Nino who is working in customer servise was tracking my shipment and emailed me that is in Georgia already and DHL will call me soon. Outstanding experiance!

I had researched and looked into purchasing a specific Tadashi gown. Other websites had some mixed to poor reviews. I decided to try MackTak after reading mostly favourable reviews.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email and decided to call two days after placing my order. The associate was very friendly. She apologized and sent my confirmation right away.
Hilariously enough... about 30 minutes after receiving my confirmation email, I received a knock at the door. The courier was there with my dress!
For those who say there are problems with their dress (poor quality or craftsmanship)... not sure what you're talking about. I received an AUTHENTIC Tadashi gown. Not a stitch out of place. It is perfect.

For other Canadian shoppers - a warning - the shipping is free... but you WILL pay customs charges. This is unavoidable for MackTak - so don't blame them. I've been shopping online for 15 years - you WILL have to pay customs and import fees. It's the same as crossing the border to shop in Buffalo or Detroit and returning with merchandise. Unavoidable.
I didn't mind paying the $60 fee. MackTak gave me a great deal on my gown... the customs fees were secondard.

I bought a jovani dress from here and the shipping and price was really really good. I received the tracking number and all the shipping information on time. The dress arrived the next day after I placed the order. I am very pleased with the service.
