The produce is exceptionally bad. The produce department isn't well managed. The produce isn't rotated properly. I have found moldy berries, old mealy apples, bruises and over ripe bananas. The wet vegetable rack is the worst part of the produce department. The vegetables on it are so rotten they are blackened and slimy to the touch. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Most of them would rather be on their cell phones than do their jobs and help a customer. I have run into many problems of being over charged. When it comes to Macy's rectifying their error I am met with rude employees at the "customer service department ".
