I ordered items in the wrong size- did not want to keep order till I check size guides. Website said if you cancel in 24-72 hours you get full refund- but this has not (yet?) happened. My request to cancel was received- t I only got questioned why cancel - no one confirmed cancellation and my credit card is charged. I have opened a complaint with PayPal because they will not do what their website promises

Not sure what to say- waiting for them to honor refund policy which seems incredibly difficult
