I received my glasses. At first I was concerned about being able to have may prescription put on them. There is no need for concern, I am able to do just that. I saved a lot of money buying my frames off of Lyst.com and having my prescription put in myself. I can't wait to get them back with the new lenses.

Found a pair of designer shoes on this website for about two hundred and fifty dollars less than current retail. However, Look at the photos! The jewels are not the same color. The denim is not distressed in the same spots. Obviously fake. Why would anyone order from a company that doesn't even have a phone number? Ridiculous! No matter what your complaint is, they write the same response." We are so sorry you had trouble please email us." Read the reviews people. It's not a good deal when the items are not authentic and you can't call anyone and you have to pay a return fee. Or not allowed to return them at all! It's just a mess. A hot mess!

I ordered through Lyst but the partner boutique that shopped was Baltini.
The heels arrived used and with silicone inserts in it! The red louboutain soles were all scratched.
I immediately the same moment I opened the package wrote an email with photos to Lyst customer service. And I wrote to baltini too. Long story short - They refused to give me a return label and said that shoes were sent in new condition.
They asked me if I have a video of opening the package as a proof. What? Why would someone do that. How often do you make videos of opening your packages.
I will never order from Lyst of Baltini again.

Lyst takes your order, and then declares that the return policy is up to the suppliers that they choose. When a mislabeled product was delivered [wrong size- see picture of two US ladies size 7 shoes], the supplier [*******@theeditldn.com], said they have a "no return" policy and we should have read that on their website. I guess we are supposed to be psychic and know from whom Lyst will be placing their order before Lyst places their order? How could we read the return policy if they don't tell us with whom they will be placing the order? We apologize for not being able to see into the future. Got F*&#@d for just over $200.00 US. Donated the shoes to charity. Only gave 1 star because "0" was not an option.

I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an order number with a DHL tracking number, called DHL and was told I item has not gotten to them. I paid over $600 for the shoes and I wonder why give me a tracking number when the shoes have not gotten to the shipper.

I purchased a Prada handbag from Rhubarb & Lemon, and they sent me an obviously fake bag. They weren't even trying to hide it. The hardware on the bag was two different colors, one of the emblems was glued on upside down, and speaking of glue. The PRADA was glued on uneven, and you could see the glue under the letters. Rhubarb & Lemon then gave me the run around until they totally ghosted me and then Lyst gave me the run around and then ghosted me. I have currently opened a case with my credit card company. Stay far, far, far away from these two companies!

They take your money before checking if they can source the goods. In my case they could not and l am £150 out of pocket. Whether l get it back remains to be seen but thank goodness l used a credit card with some form of protection..
I bought a jacket that was being promoted with a 20% sale thru Lyst. Transaction was successful. Lyst canceedl the sale and informed me that the price is higher now so they will not honor it even though my transaction was made and confirmed within the sale period.
Lesson will only use them to research. Will buy directly. Who needs this headache? See attached confirmation.
I ordered the YSL blaze sunglasses from lyst on March 8,2023. Which indicated PREORDER for April 23, it would be shipped from EYE WEAR CLUB which I realized it's a scam site. I haven't recieved my order and it's now May 3... I reached out to lyst customer's service several of times and I reach out to EYE WEAR CLUB several of times and still I haven't recieved no tracking information or I still haven't received my purchase. I finally received an email a few days ago from Mon bolante from lyst customer's service to speed up the process to receive my purchase and still i haven't got my purchase. Then Anna pelay from EYE WEAR CLUB emailed me saying that my item will be shipped but still I haven't got anything. I emailed her back again for her to tell me that I have to wait until July 23 to recieve my purchase and this all a scam and for lyst to sponsor a scam site is not right or professional at all. I will report lyst and EYE WEAR CLUB to the better business bureau and I will report this matter to my bank navy federal and file a fraud dispute to get all of my money back! I'm very disappointed and I know to never order nothing from LYST or EYE WEAR CLUB NO MORE!

I recently purchased pair of Salvatore Ferragamo Giancini Loafers from LYST. The shoes were much too big so I reached out to the vendor to return them as per the return policy. The Vendor did not recognize the order number provided by LYST so I had to reach out to LYST to process the return. It took several weeks and a lot of back and forth with LYST to finally get return authorization. LYSTS kept sending messages saying the issues was resolved when it had not been (very frustrating). As soon as I received the return authorization and label I packed up the shoes and sent them off right away. Please understand that I had only tried the shoes on 1 time in my home on carpet. The cost to return the shoes was $35 through DHL. Well after more than 2 weeks, I finally received a message from LYST saying they would not accept the shoes because they were not in their original condition. They attached photos of tiny scuffs on the shoes claiming they were the shoes I returned. The TAG was still attached and hanging from the shoes in perfect condition. The photos they sent were definitely NOT photos of the shoes I returned but likely shoes from someone eles because I sent them back in perfect condition. Now they are sending them back to me and charging me $35 to return them a total of $70 loss (ridiculus and unfair). I regret not having taken pictures of the shoes before putting them in the box because I trusted the process. This company lacks integrity and when you are paying hundreds of dollars for a pair of shoes you expect the company to do good business and operate in integrity. Buyers Beware. Don't do it. Go straight to the manufacturer. It's not worth the hassle! I now will have to put these shoes up for sale just to get my money back! SHAME ON LYST!

I bought a Tara Jarmon dress on Lyst.com, the dress came in huge and so I had to return it.
Instead of returning it to Lyst I had to return it to France to Tara Jarmon.
Tara Jarmon wanted it in the same packaging and lots of paperwork due to customs. It was not an easy return but I took it to my local UPS store and they helped me with it as it was shipping DHL. I did not have to pay for the shipping.
So a month goes by and no refund. I start to get concerned as this is $535. I contact Lyst.com and they say I have to
Contact Tara Jarmon in France. So I get on the Tara Jarmon website and fill in their inquiry form. I did hear back from them only to have them say they had never received the dress.
Back I go to the local UPS store and they give me a print out of the DHL tracking of that package which showed it was delivered and they had had it for over two weeks and it even had the time of day it was signed for.
Back to Tara Jarmon with the proof and I send it to them and after a few days they get back with me and say that they will send the refund.
So I wait and wait and they don't send the refund so I contact Lyst.com and the person emailing me says that Tara Jarmon never got the dress. So I send them the DHL paperwork and then after a few days they respond with we will forward this to Tara Jarmon.
So I wait and still nothing. So I start filling out the form in the Tara Jarmon website daily trying to get them to tell me about my refund.
I go back to my original payment of $535 and notice that Lyst.com did not withdraw the money. It was a Swedish company named Klarna.
So Lyst does the enticing, Tara Jarmon provides and Klarna does the banking.
So now I am back and forth with Klarna.
Bottom line, I did finally get my money back. Would I ever deal with Lyst.com again? No way!

I am doing everyone a favor by writing this review. If you are an online shopper, DO NOT buy anything from Lyst.com. The company allows retailers on their site like Stefaniamode.com that makes it very difficult for customers to return items.
I bought a pair of Vetements Levi's jeans for $880 USD. The color posted on the site was different. I reached out to both companies Lyst.com and Stefaniamode.com the same day that I received the jeans, letting them know that I wanted to return the jeans. It took two weeks for me to receive a response and an authorization to return the jeans, only after having to send them pictures (just to make it more complicated) proving that I had the item. In addition, it cost me $170 USD to ship the item back the jeans to Italy and I had to insure the package as you can't trust companies/sites like these.
I will write more reviews in any possible site about this site and the retailer and spread the word through social media, so if you are reading this please do the same and save others some money and the hustle.
