Lyra Themes has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I now have to change my theme as my site has not been updated although I have an email from them saying they would. Their website also states they usually respond within 24 hours... nope. I am now at 14 days without an update or response. I have canceled my subscription and I better not be charged again! LyraThemes is TRASH. Stay away and do not subscribe to any of their Pro versions.

Theme cost $35.00, monthly subscription is $7. If you purchase the theme make sure you subscribed for the rest of your life and pay $7 monthly or they would not update it. If you request to re-subscribed, they would ignore your email and punish you for stopping to subscribe. Result is - your theme would not be updated. Now that it has a problem, need to find a new one.
