So if you're 2 minutes late coming out they can charge you for it. If they are 2+ minutes late picking you up the price sure does not go down. As you're standing in the cold watching them turn around several times etc.
Don't work for this scum of a black corporation. They don't care about anyone but themselves. If you want to throw yourself into debt, Lyft is here to do that. If want to remove Lyft HQ, follow my name. We already have petitions to remove this unholy business from America. And we have more jobs than them. We have time and half after 40 hours and holiday pay, plus paid leave. You think about it.
I ride with left as a service that my health insurance provides (cigna) i ride to the fitness center most every day and my only complaints is if they do not find a driver for me right away they drop my request with out telling me. Well i still need a ride home. Is there a way to fix this kitchen?
I had to switch to lift since Uber often cancelled my trips at the last minute when it's high demand. Lyft charged half the price of Uber. The drivers were all very friendly and I felt safe. Awesome service from Lyft with safety in mind
I've been using Lyft for a good 2 years now. Going to and from the airport, events and other places I want to go but don't want to hassle with finding parking or walking through acres of parking lot after I've arrived. Love the convenience of being picked up and dropped of right at the front door and I've had such nice experiences with meeting the most kind and positive Lyft drivers. I've been around for a long time and am glad there is a service like this now. Sometimes I am afraid to go here or there because I'm concerned I'll get lost but with Lyft I no longer worry and just go! I am a senior citizen waiting for local ACCESS yo be approved. Until then, I have to catch Lyft to get to work. I always order early, a driver pucks up. They get 3 minutes before arriving and then cancel. Not once, but it least three pick ups scheduled and three cancellations. That is unacceptable! There is no customer number to call and chat sucks! I am done with all share rides!
I've been using Lyft for years. I can say that 90% of my experiencr with them has been positive. Nice drivers and pretty good company. Will continue using the service.

I have been using Lyft for about 5 years now in New York City and San Francisco. I cannot recall any issues with the driver, car, or the driver's driving skills. Never had any unsafe encounters either (I am female in her 30's).
Used to ride with Uber, now choose to ride with Lyft. Drivers are friendly, helpful and very professional. Plus a lot more reasonable in price, Highly recommend!

Downloaded Lyft's app and was easy, everything worked with no issues. Got picked up within 5 minutes, great driver then within 5 minutes got a ride back. No problems. I first tried to download Uber app many times over 3 years and couldn't get it to work so I'm happy with Lyft and will stay. I highly recommend Lyft.
The folks that are supposed to be providing customer service are worthless at best! I asked for help in identifying the city a hacker was fraudulently using my debit card numbers to pay for high dollar Lyft rides. They gave me no help, and provided me with no information whatsoever! Seems to me they accept debit card numbers without the actual card, and they don't seem to bother to verify if the card numbers are being used fraudulently. They accept payment from criminals useing stolen debit card numbers! They did me like that, and they haven't helped me one bit by providing me any information to what city the hacker was using my stolen debit card numbers to pay for Lyft rides. Their customer service folks at the help desk are surely a worthless bunch!
I love Lyft. Lyft is wwwwwaaaayyyy better than Uber. The customer service is great, the drivers are great.
They rip off drivers. I have been ripped off mutiple times. They promise you $$ and don't deliver. They switch riders. They suck!

Wasn't expecting such a wonderful ride home from Hyundai on N.E. 2nd and 20th street. Mr. Luis is truly a gentleman, I wish him well in his endeavors. He is vey courteous, he doesn't speak English well but my Spanish is not to good either. We conversed anyway, what a bread human being.
My dad's debit card was used fraudulently at this and other sites. Lyft did a quick investigation and determined it was fraud and refunded his money. (Grubhub refused to provide a refund after they determined it was fraud)
Where do I start? First, more times than not. The driver is always across the street or down the road. Everywhere but where Im waiting. It's not my service I live in a big city near main criss streets second I've never used luxury service through lyft but yet get charged or somehow charged it. I find as many miscellaneous charges as real charges. Mainly though you can never reach a real person. I've sent many emails only to get ignored. So if I had it to do over I would never ever use lyft again. Whoever these people are. They are crooks. I'm not even sure it's anything more than computerized. Like I said no one has proven different. #stayaway$
I absolutely love Lyft. They do a great job. They let you know about the cc holds. If I leave my valuables in a Lyft ride, I don't expect the driver to check behind m, because I'm adult and should be responsible for my own things, but I've had several drivers contact me and also return things that I have left in their vehicles at no extra charge. I have also entered wrong info into the gps, and they still get me where I'm going. As with any company, things can go wrong, but Lyft definitely does a great job trying to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Lyft is a great. The drivers are friendly, the rates are great and the support team is awesome. Although it's my responsible for making sure I have all of my things when I exit the vehicle, on several occasions I have left things in the car and my Lyft driver always returns them to me. As we know, technology can be flakey, but when there are occasional gps or app issues, the drivers confidently work around those. Yea, there is an authorization hols on your cc, but Lyft let's you know that upfront. Promo codes usually work well as long as they aren't expired. I love Lyfts love of community. Great job guys.
There are few times in life where a complete stranger can touch your heart and win you over in just one sitting. Today I was lucky to have such an experience... AND A LYFT DRIVER AT MY SURPRISE! I ask myself how is it possible to undergo a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) in a matter of minutes? Maybe it was her comforting smile upon arrival that seemed to calm my anxiousness from running late. Maybe it was her radiating spirit that magically kept my two five year olds in a trance. Or just maybe it was her compassion exhibited when I reported my sudden emergency that prevented me from proceeding to my final destination. These things could very well be variables at question but it is factual that in unfavorable moments life throws us curve balls and even passing figures have the ability to leave their mark. They made it right though and I am happy and that is the only momentary issue we have ever had, better prices than Uber too. Can be quite a bit cheaper than Uber actually.
Has lyft received complaints from their driver that their app was not working properly. Rides being canceled while they were driving the person who's ride was canceled on the app.
App saying no service in area? App freezing and so on, meaning losing rides and money because their app not working?
For $5-7 you can get anywhere in San Francisco. That's a pretty good deal. I'm not sure when Lyft is planning to offer the service in other areas, but it's great.

They also have Lyft Hot Spots which are always $5 which is pretty incredible too.
I enjoyed the drivers and other passengers much more than Uber. Using the "Line" function it's very cheap too.
This is my favorite service! I prefer finding a trip on Lyft instead of going on a bus or a plane. First of all it's usually cheaper, second of all you can meet tons of nice people and have a nice chat during a trip.
Lyft has always been good to me. Their drivers are friendlier on average than Uber and the service doesn't seem quite so much out to take money from their customers.
