Does not provide port out account & PIN and illegally withholds it & forces to renew plan with them

LycaMobile does not provide me with the port out account and PIN number necessary to switch cellphone provider. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with LycaMobile, they have failed to comply with my request, which I believe is a violation of my consumer rights and USA-FCC regulations.

On July 10th, Lyca customer service was asked me to send the scanned photo-ID for verification. Emailed my scanned photo-ID. They decline to accept that and asked for the most dialed number. They want 2 phone numbers I called the most. I provided many numbers, they just reject telling you only called once or this is not valid when I had the call record to prove them wrong.
On July 13th, Lyca customer service accepted 2 numbers and asked to email to get the port out account and PIN number. Emailed the same and they again denied saying one number is wrong without saying which.
Was promised on July 15th that if I provided the most dialed number they will provide the port-out account & PIN.
After logging on to my account and had to go over calling history for 6 months, give them the most dialed number. On July 17th, they denied to provide that information saying I dont have an active plan with them.

For more than 10 days, unable to use my cellphone. They are declining to provide the port out account number & PIN and forcing to renew the plan with them as the only solution. It is really stupid that they only ask for most dialed number, to make it tough for customers to retrieve that information and ask them renew a plan to get the port out account & PIN. This is against and violating the FCC rules.

I strongly believe that the actions of LycaMobile are in violation of the following FCC regulations:

Section 64.1200 of the FCC's rules, known as the "Wireless Local Number Portability" (WLNP) rules, outlines the rights of consumers to port their telephone numbers to another carrier of their choice.

I recommend all people to avoid this RABIȘ of Lycamobile company, as I ended up loading £30 from my Lycamobile account I didn't get the extra option. After that I bought a £30 voucher total £60 for a ȘHITT service for two months. I paid for this then this crap from that mobile company blocked my abusive number avoid this crap completely $#*!ING $#*!T company.

You actually have my personal details on your account on the Lycamobile app where I paid twice £30 one month, £30 the next and it didn't work not at all. After which I had to pay cash to get a credit top up voucher to put an extra £30 option on. This is the reason why I contacted my bank because it was an abusive fraud and you punished me by blocking my abusive number! I am not at all satisfied with your apology because all this time I am at risk of losing my job because the number is blocked and god bless you talk to a lawyer where I can take you to court for this abuse! It asks you to unblock my number so I can continue using it. Not to mention the fact that I had to buy another card, another option in addition to being able to call you. This means that you put your hand in my pocket abusively! Because I did not have access to call you to clarify this abusive situation on the part of Lycamobile. And you are still the ones who block me in the abusive number! How many people have you punished with this way of reaching into your pockets and stealing from your people?! Your image is on earth. Of course, although the calls I made to Lycamobile clarifying on the phone number 3 2 2 I recorded the dialogue in which I will put on tiktok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, so that people avoid you, for such inconveniences not to you have like me, run away from you like the devil of incense. Although the apology does not warm me with anything and speaks in the wind. As long as you block my abusive number, the incompetence comes from you, not me!
