I purchased an item, and to this day I still have not received it even though my card was charged the same day of purchase! No response EVER from the company's customer service people despite my repeated emails and messages! Do Not Buy from!

This is one of the WORSE, online companies, stay away from ordering ANYTHING from them, never recieved my order, they don't have any contact #. I don't understand why the BBB doesn't shut down companies like this...

This is a complete scam. Over a year ago I ordered some hair products and none of them showed up. When I contacted customer service, someone with really bad English/grammar just sent me a BS "tracking notification" but there was no tracking number whatsoever so it was totally made up. I informed them that no matter what they said, my package did NOT arrive. Then they just stopped responding to me, so they basically stole $100 from me. Do not shop here.

Placed order on dec 22 2010 and was charged right away. Never received anything. It is now Jan 15th. I emailed them numerous times, no response, used iive chat and after much time they hang up, no answers given, I telephoned them numerous times, no call back after leaving message. This company is a disgrace, check out yahoo shopping review and see even more horror stories hope they are convicted of Internet fraud, as I have reported them and hope others do the same

Run away as fast as you can from this site. False advertising. No email confirmation, the "live chat" doesn't work, they don't return emails and they don't answer the phone. The charge is still "pending" on my credit card, but I have contacted my card company and as soon as it posts I am disputing it. The BBB has them rated an "F" due to complaints. I google-mapped them and they operate out of an apartment in Brooklyn. I will definitely file a complaint with BBB if they bill me and I don't get exactly what I ordered. SCAM!

Using Luxuryparlor.com may be the worst online buying experience I've ever had. Briefly: ordered 12/23; order shipped email 12/29; live chat conversation on 1/10 to find out where order was. It took half an hour to find out that the order had partially shipped that day; arrived 1/15 - 2 days later than promised; last item supposedly shipped 1/14 - have not received as of 1/23. No response to emails or phone messages and the live chat will end communication without warning. I count myself lucky to have received 3/4 of my order correctly. Terrible merchant. I went for the low prices, but it wasn't worth it.

Placed an order 14 days ago & I have never received it. I got an email confirmation giving a tracking number for USPS and it is useless! It just says it's waiting to be scanned in whatever that means! I have called them numerous times with no return call & I have emailed them with no return call. I am telling everyone I know not to use them EVER! They will scam you out of your money! BEWARE!

I ordered shampoo from this site weeks ago. Although the site says it was shipped, UPS shows that it never received the package from the vendor. I've sent several email and left numerous voice mail inquiries AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. This site should be shut down because it appears from my experience and all of these posts that they are collecting money and not making any attempt to fulfill the orders legitimately.

I purchased several Paul Mitchell Products, and my credit card was charged within the same business day. A week later, I received an email stating that the items were backordered and I could either wait a month or cancel the order. Naturally I cancelled.

I did not receive a refund, no emails were answered, could not find a contact number for them, and finally had to work with my bank to dispute the charges and report the company for fraud.

With this many bad reviews, I have no idea how any credit company still lets them operate.

I ordered $70 worth of hair care products. Over a month went by and I did not receive any notification of shipment. I emailed customer service and several days later they responded that my items were on back order and that I should allow 3 to 4 business days before they would be shipped. Another 2 weeks went by and today I received a notice that my order was cancelled due to inventory damage that they had previously informed me of via email. They never informed me of damage, just a back order status. Luxuryparlor.com is a mess of a company. I just went on the website to see if the product I had ordered was available and sure enough, it says it's in stock! Wish I would have checked here first before ordering. At least they did not charge my credit card (yet). I will never order from them again and am warning everyone I know to steer clear.

The worst shopping experience in my life. They never shipped my order. I can't get in contact with them. I had to dispute my order to get my money back. Beware they are thieves.

I ordered something on December 31 and got a shipping confirmation on 1/4. I THOUGHT I got scammed when I sent numerous emails and phone calls to find out where it was. I finally sent them a fraud email, called my credit card to dispute the charge, etc... and I JUST got my product yesterday, almost a month later. I'm not convinced it's the real product after all of this, so the bottom line is they have horrible customer service and can't be trusted as a reliable vendor, even if the product eventually gets to you... don't purchase from this site!

I ordered an item from this vendor and they said it was shipped the next day via USPS.
Received nothing until 3 days short of one month later. Tried to contact twice by telephone during this period. No return call from the vendor. When the merchandise finally arrived it was not what I ordered. I followed their instructions on obtaining a RMA number which allows you to return merchandise. My emails to them were ignored. I never received the merchandise I ordered and never received the number required to return the wrong product. Do not deal with this vendor!

Please do not order from this site. I have not received my products and it has been over 3wks. My credit card has been charged. You will not receive anything more than a Voice mail, standard email reply.

I ordered shampoo and conditioner totaling $68 and never received them. After several calls and e-mails with no response I called my bank to file a dispute and get my money returned. This company is a scam. Google should shut down their site. Do not order from them.

Well I sure wish i had read these reviews before i placed an order. Unfortunately it seems to be the same story different victim. I too placed and order my credit card was charged an) no product has been received. I have called and called emailed and emailed and tried their live chat (no one ever available) with no response. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and does anyone know how to report a fraudulent business?

I placed my order and twelve days later haven't heard a word. I have read several reviews on-line (this and other sites) which echo the same experience. No one answers the phone, no replies by email, no updates on your order... Call your credit card company and dispute any charges that may have been made by them!
Avoid this site!

Products are fine - but they have a tendency to engage in "bait and switch" where they sell a discontinued product on-line and then substitute another product in its place. Their shipping page says that "orders are inspected three (3) times during the picking and shipping process", which apparently is hooey. And when you try and contact them to get an issue resolved, they're not available.

Complete SCAM! Ordered items, and 3 week later have received no comfirmation emails, and no product. I have called, emailed, even talked to the online representative. No response. The online representative told me my items were backordered, which is bull $#*!. The items said in stock when i ordered it. When I asked for a refund, they said I had never paid! The money was charged to my card 3 days after I ordered, so yes, they did take my money. When I asked for the refund, the said i would have to talk to my bank and there was nothing they could do. Complete scam, no one order from this site!

STAY AWAY! This company sells COUNTERFEIT Kerastase, and when you call them on it, they tell you "sorry, no refunds". They are NOT an authorized retailer of the product and in fact are passing off counterfeit products. I spent over $200 with these people and will now have spend my time fighting the charges.

WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

You've been warned.

I ordered over $100 of hair care products and never received them. My credit card number was later stolen. This place is completely fraudulant!

I ordered hair spray from this company and they charged my account, said they shipped it on December 24th and I never received it. I have been trying to contact them with no success. They apparently cancelled my order with no notification did not refund my account! These people are scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I can echo what the other disappointed reviewers have written. I placed an order on 12/14, got an email confirmation that my order had "shipped" UPS, but the tracking information has never been updated to reflect that an actual package has been sent. I only read the terrible reviews after making my purchase, which thankfully was minimal. Absolutely do NOT shop here.

I'm afraid I've been ripped off... ordered 12/16/10 and got a message that said they'd let me know when the products were shipped and now I cannot get a hold of them. Will call my credit card company. Bummer.
