I purchased a LV handbag and after one week the handle came apart from the purse. I tried to contact Ray at DFO and have not received any communication. I guess once they get your money they have no interest in you as a customer. I will be pursuing other means to get a refund for this expensive bag that only lasted a week. Horrible customer service!

Tip for consumers:
That it didn’t come with the little lock or straps, or authenticated paperwork.

Each designer handbag that we receive is inspected by our in house authenticity team before it is sold.
