1 star because they make you ZERO STARS!. I just have nothing else to say than i am reporting them to the better business bureau and my lawyer will be getting my money back! I will also be writing a well thought out review and posting that asap.
I registered my two children for their fashion show in August of 2023. After paying the $100 entry fee, I never heard from them. No information was sent to me regarding the show so I finally found a random phone number and someone told me they could be moved to the show in March of 2024 since the show as 3 days away and my kids were not ready. Fast forward 6 months, and the same thing is happening again. I have tried the same phone number, it is disconnected and no one has answered the emails I have sent. Do not use this service. There are so many other reputable fashion shows you can be a part of for less money and with honest people.

This company is Terrible they never respond to emails here it is the 1st of July and we're supposed to go to Miami in about 2weeks and nobody is responding or updating me on the show that I rightfully paid for. You would think that I would of heard something by now. This place is a scam I will not recommend this place to anyone. Communication is the worst. I was told they would update me in June still nothing. I definitely learned my lesson. This is the only way I'll get a response is if I leave a bad review and its ashame it had to come to this, but I am running out of patience the show is in 2 weeks and nobodys communicating do yourself a favor and stay away from luxe Scam Scam Scam!

This runway production/consultation/whatever is a SCAM. They target beginning, aspiring, and upcoming talent such as models, designers, hair and makeup artist. They make you pay a "fee" to be a part of their show. This fee can go towards a "red carpet photo package" OR have it refunded 2 days after the show. Some models got a good chunk of photos, others on got 2-3 photos. For the refund, they don't give it to you and they will ignore your messages if you approach them about money. I filed a scam report to my bank, and their investigation agreed that I fell victim to their scam.
As for the quality of their "fashion show": they couldn't get a designer for the show I was in, so they bought clothes that probably came from Ross and cut it up to look "designer" or "couture". As for the audience: only a handful of the models' guests and/or parents were there. The show was held in a small conference meeting room in a hotel near the airport, not a lot of room. There was 1 hair and 1 makeup artist to do 20+ models for the show. A lot of the models didn't get their hair and makeup and had to resort to doing their own looks to help the artists. At least they had the decency of putting money into a small runway platform. I'll give them that.
The worst part of the experience was that during show prep, they had the audacity to say "We are not about the money. We are about exposing you guys to fashion industry." A huge middle finger to the models, designers, and HMUA (hair & makeup artists). They definitely exposed us to the fashion industry, the SHADY, unprofessional side of the industry.

This company gives itself 5 stars and positive reviews on all other sites. They pose as "models" and claim that the company is legitimate.
We respect all comments good and bad it helps us with our growth and how we can improve our model's experience. All designers are emerging designers and we love those clothes that are shipped in or brought in by them. In some of our earlier shows, we have used hotel conference rooms, but now as we have grown we are using high-end studios and event facilities. We love the growth and the fashion family this has produced. Everyone follows and support each other after the shows on social media and have signed up for future shows.
Also, we do not give ourselves reviews and 5-star ratings, all comes from satisfied models and professionals. Again, we value all feedback and use it only to improve.

Its unprofessional to respond in such a way--You calling me a joke because I applied at 39 to be a model for something I assume would likely be paid. Your company is a joke, however I did not personally attack you. You are scamming people--I applied knowing it said up to age 30--but why did you accept me then? Because you didn't even care! #SCAM You require TWO tickets per person (LOL) so your audience is full of family paying their way to be seen--by whom? Give me a break--I've been doing this way too long to not know better. It's like a reverse Model Search America. I don't even pay for photos at this stage in the industry let alone to walk on a runway "to be recognized." Im reporting your scam asap. Good luck.:)

We understand if our opportunity is not for everyone. Our site states that these shows are for emerging designers and aspiring models looking for a platform to build their brand and gain experience. We do require a two-ticket minimum now to prevent no calls no shows. The tickets buy one get one free (technically one ticket) for participating models. Rather than filling out the form and the day of the show is a no show. If this person feels they were overqualified for our shows, then maybe she should submit to a platform that suits her talent and experience level. We have created a family of the sort with our shows. We see models and designers working together after our shows, following each other on social media and overall supporting each other. Which to us is the main reason why we started the LUXE Brand Fashion shows. It is unfortunate that she thinks this a scam when so much good has come from our show. We wish everyone success in all of their endeavors even if it does not align with ours. Caren, we respect your opinion and wish you the best as well.

I'm still waiting on a response I paid my two tickets to the Miami show and haven't heard back from anyone.
After I look into this I see you submitted on March 3rd, 2020 after business hours and our site states to allow 3 business days to process everything. You made this post on March 6th, 2020 within the processing time. Your information has been sent within the allotted time and it would be easier in the future to contact us directly rather than use a 3rd party review site.

Thank you for your message as we take all posts seriously and look to keep an open dialogue. Please excuse the delayed response per our email that we sent out to everyone early states that we are working on a limited schedule and answer email and messages in the order that they are received. As far as your raised concerns, we were waiting on approval from local officials due to restriction with Covid19. We have to work with the local officials in Florida to see if would be able to host a large event. However, with the large scale increase of infection with Covid19 cases, we will be sending an email update to postponed this upcoming event.
