Luvme Hair

They drop ship from China. They hair pictured online is not always what you will get. I contacted customer service by email immediately. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They offered a $60 refund on a $200 + order to just keep them and give them to a friend. Wait... what?! I said no, they sent the wrong item and a damaged unit. I requested a return label, they said "we don't have return labels". They advised me NOT to ship back to original sender (thats how I realized it came from China) and provided an address in CA. They shipping was crazy fast. I ordered on the 4th and it was delivered on the 9th. There was no way I would have thought it was drop shipped. Just be advised that you may not get what you order. Take your chances if you want to.

I've purchased A LOT of units from LuvMe Hair. I love the units I have because they're beginner friendly which are quick and easy styling for everyday. This definitely helps me to really continue switching it up as I like. Thanks again LuvMe Hair for sending great products and keeping great customer service with me through everything in between. They are a real company and fantastic

After watching several videos and not having a wig for years I was excited to get one from luv me unfortunately with just one try on not even wearing it out the clips begin to fall out. The cap and size was way too big more fitted for a giant I really feel took and I'm hurt by that because this is my first time in a long time and you all took $219 from me I will never buy another wig ever from you all ever! I feel like luv me sent me a wig that somebody else had previously sent back it doesn't work for me and is not as simple for me as it seems you do better going to the local Beauty Supply in my opinion... F-

I brought this wig thinking that I was going to get a quality wig considering how much I paid for the damn thing! Anyways back to this review right out the box it smelled horrible. I had to wash it 4 times and conditioned it 5 times and it still have a bad smell to it. Oh my lord the shedding is terrible. A chunk of hair came out the wig when I was brushing it! The wig is not full at all! On the light side! I don't know how they are constructing these wigs but they all are garbage! I am going to be reporting this company to the BBB and there is a class action lawsuit against this company! Shame will not be buying nothing else from this company! You sell garbage!

Luv Me Hair is the best hair that I have ever purchased in life it's soft it last long and very durable you can have these wigs for a long time my mom has had her wig for 1 year and it still looks new! Invest in you a luv me hair Wig this will be the best choice that you could ever make

This company is by far the worst to deal with for returns. I had to have 6 corresponds with them, send pictures of the untouched wigs, which the hair was poor quality. I had to call my C C company to dispute the charges. The hair was shedding in the back, horrible texture, split ends just awful!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The you tube videos, make it seem that their hair is very nice and silky. It's not, cheap looking and feels like horse hair. Be careful not to order from Luvme Hair!

I purchased a wig on 11/21/19 for $207.06, the money has been debited out of my bank account. However, I am being told by this company that they never received a payment from me. I have all of my documents proving that I paid for a wig. I am leaving negative reviews absolutely any place that I can find to do so until I receive my money back. I don't even want the hair anymore.

I also have an email from luvme hair telling me that I will receive a refund and everything is taken care of and the next day they said they didn't receive my payment.

It came as pictured, and a beautiful as expected. I love that it's not too full, not to thick it's just right. I wish the lace could have been tinted more, but overall it's light and it flows. It can be straightened, and the body of it was still perfect.

When I received this wig I was amazed by both the packaging and the wig itself. It came in these purple pouches which were adorable. The wig itself was smooth to the touch and it was versatile. I could wear it in a bun, ponytail, braids, and half up half down hairstyles if I wanted to! It's also what friendly - and the best part is that when you wash it, it goes back to being curly like real hair! I absolutely adore this wig and the company. My items came on time, the presentation was beautiful and the communication was astounding. I can't wait to buy from them again :)
