Has multiple games with multiple levels. It is truly stimulating to the mind and everything it is described to be. I'd definitely recommend it if you have bad memory or just feel you need to use your brain every once in a while :)
This company had an excellent reputation in the past and I thoroughly enjoyed working with the games. However, you need to know that a few days ago I signed up for a 14 day free trial and the very next day they charged my bank account for the yearly rate. I emailed someone named James numerous times. He requested a receipt of purchase, which I had none, blamed the charge on Google and refused to rectify the situation. I finally had to contact my bank and file a complaint. I am very disappointed and concerned about the people this company may be defrauding. As noted, James made it very difficult for me to resolve this issue.

I get Lumosity alerts reminding me to train daily. Problem: the webpage cannot be open. Worse: they don't respond to e-mails. I tried to cancel the subscription by logging into my Lumosity account again but the webpage did not respond and eventually timed out in less than three minutes. It looks like the only way to stop the account may be to cancel my credit card. If a business is so callous as taking customers for granted, it should not be subscribed to.
I kept thinking it was a good idea so I signed up and it stated "welcome back" so I guess it didn't help me remember that I already signed up and I think the games are not exciting enough to keep engaged.
Just started using Luminosity as I am now in retirement. I will reserve judgement until I get a year or so of work on the program to see if there is any improvement. I am not so quick with a track pad. Seems like there should be some consideration for old arthritic fingers. My other complaint is all the math. I was hoping for more games and visuals. Math is not my forte so I don't know if I am not so good at math or memory :) Likely both!
Since I do not play lots of on-line games, I was unfamiliar with the whole format of the thing. The practices are good but might be better if they were a bit longer for us older slow-fingered folks.
Tip for consumers:
Might be better to have other devices which can also use this product. I don't have other devices. Perhaps it would be more beneficial and I would feel that I am getting more of my money's worth out of it, if I did.
