Lukie Games

This company came repeatedly recommended to me via reddit. I encourage you to check reviews there. My assessment of a company puts a lot of stock in their customer service. I don't care if there are issues here and there if I can trust the company to help resolve issues with minimal headaches. I've purchased from Lukie Games and anytime I have contacted support with a question or issue they respond immediately and if something goes wrong they make it right before I need to ask. I like this company and would purchase from them again.

These f****** people never answer their phone and they told my brother "oh its not our problem, there's no refunds. I paid 30 f****** dollars for a game for him and he only got the case and no game now these people refuse to answer their phone, so if you guys wanna know about their policy they lied. They obviously don't care about customers and only want their money's worth. I'll never be doing business with these a**holes again. And here's the proof, and don't say he took the game out when he never got it.
