I'm sorry if you didn't have as great of an experience as I did... I'm in Milwaukee Wisconsin I got my shoes within 3 days. On onenote they didn't send the shoes in the original Box but the shoes came in perfect condition themselves... I'm going to give him 4.9 stars... And I'm definitely coming back for seconds...
The service I encountered was the worst I've ever experienced. The delivery of the goods did not happen as expected, requiring me to personally visit the UPS office. Even there, they confirmed that my parcel was not present. Furthermore, I did not receive a refund for the purchase. The communication with the store's customer service was extremely bad. I have decided to never order from this poorly managed office again, and I strongly advise against anyone else doing so.

I bought twice from there, the last time I had to return it - it was a gift and the person didn't like the model. Everything went well both times. Refund took a bit over a week until I got both the confirmation and the funds in the account. It was pretty quick. I'd order again
I got my order in the US within 5 days of ordering! Plus I got a good deal on the item I was interested in. Would recommend.
They tend to have more selection then the competitors, but the regular prices are usually slightly higher. Reliable and fast delivery.
