Bought this dress for a wedding when I received it I wouldn't wear to take the trash out. Looks nothing like the picture the refund policy is misleading and put the shipping and return on the customer to pay for. I will never buy from this company again, even with the 15% discount, beware if you decide to order something from this company!

The quality of the items is trash. You have to pay to ship returns which is very expensive so you end up being stuck with the items. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered my a white prom dress from here, I was really worried it would come in stained or scratched, even my mom had nightmares about it! But it came in perfect! The sizing was slightly off but that was to be expected seeing as I don't fit any of the standard sizing's!
Looks just like the picture, completely satisfied!

This company ships to you from the US, however, if something is wrong with the item and you want to return they want you to pay International shipping cost back to them. My order was missing pieces.They only wanted to offer me 15% off my NEXT purchase or I can send it back to them and pay the international shipping cost. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

First of all I want to say thank you for fast delivery. The dress have very good quality and it look like as it was on picture. I am very happy although I'll have to do some corrections because the dress in some parts is just fit and in others is too large... Next time I will definitly order and bought the dress with custom size. I definitely recommend your web site and this dress. Thanks a lot..

I was a little iffy about the site just because of how inexpensive the dress was- but I found a prom dress that i REALLY liked and went for it. Shipping was kinda expensive since it was out of China and I'm in the U.S. but I ordered the dress on the 10th and got it on the 13th! I made the date of arrival for feb. 13th and got it jan. 13th (A full month early!)
Anyways, I absolutely LOVE the dress! It was very true to the size chart on the website and and color in the picture. I would definitely order another dress from this website!

The dresses ordered were for a wedding. They did not arrive when they were supposed to making them unusable. Also, they were very poor quality and not as advertised. I wanted to return them and get a refund but they have yet to respond to any of my 5 emails. Lucyys is a scam! Do not order from them!

This dress is really gorgeous, looks just like the picture. I ordered a size 4. It fits me very food. I feel so happy i got o lot compliments in the party. Will definitely order from you again.

I just received my dress today & I'am absolutely in love with it! It needs minor alterations due to me being very petite but other than that it is perfect. Buying any type of clothing online can be risky, especially a dress but it looks just like it does in the picture & I'am beyond satisfied!

This is a fake company and PayPal is in the process of getting rid of them. The clothes you receive are crap and returns have to be sent to China which can cost a minimum of $30. But then they will claim they never received your return. If you ordered from them open a PayPal dispute and don't close it no matter what the company says because they will not refund you. One item in my order was never sent and they still refused to refund that charge. I filed a claim with PayPal and mailed the items back and sent a copy of the customs form along with usps receipt. I got a notice a couple weeks later that the address was not valid and it couldn't be delivered. I sent PayPal my notice. After a month this finally went in my favor and I got my refund and I'm only out the $30 mailing cost.
This is not a legit company they will steal your money.

It took weeks for the order to arrive. Wrong size based on their measurements. I requested a quicker shipping and they sent it USPS. It went from NY to CA back to NY to KS. The material is super thin. Does not have the neckline as the picture.

I was so worried about ordering online! I heard about the site from a friend and it couldn't have been more perfect. They emailed me as soon as each step was complete and my dress arrived in perfect condition and was amazing in every way! Definitely order from this site it is great!

The newest homecoming dress is very high quality and it'll be perfect for a prom party. I normally would have ordered a size 8. I'm glad I went up to a size 8. The dress is very flattering on and I loved it as well. Thank you so much.

I bought my wedding dress at this site. I was a little iffy at first bcoz I didn't know if it could be trusted. Then it was worst when the delivery was late. I paid extra $38 to have it delivered at a specific date and I didn't get my dress until 5 days after. After I've emailed them and informed them that my dress is over due, they mailed it to me within 48 hrs. I must say when I did received my dress, it looked exactly like the picture. When I tried it on, it fitted perfectly. The only cons is the fact that they didn't go by the length measurement. Its about 5 inches long. But the dress is very much worth the wait. Id definitely buy from this site again! Thanks

I have ordered 3 items from them, one sweater arrived and it looked like the picture but poor quality and I still haven't gotten my other items. I have emailed and sent a message to them. Do not order from them! I forgot it took awhile to receive that sweater! No update on my other items!

I hear a some of you saying you got your shipment the next day or 3 days later well I ordered my shipment on the 11th and yes I paid for expedited shipping but still no delivery.

Lucys never fails to impress me. I have ordered both of my prom dresses and my senior formal dress from them and have loved each one of them! I found the dresses of my dreams after having no luck in overpriced retail prom stores thanks to Lucy's! All of the dresses arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had to have all of the dresses taken up at the bottom but I expected that because I am so short. I highly recommend any young ladies looking for a large selection of quality prom/formal dresses that are not overpriced to check out what Lucysdresses has to offer, you won't be disappointed! Do not expect to receive the dress as pictured on the website. Horrible workmanship, quality of materials and lack of skill by seamstresses is all I can say about this. They do make copies of designer dresses but don't be fooled, the chiffon material is not the same feel as the chiffon you felt in the store, the beading does not match up and is in many places just not there. They stitched black threading through black shear material to use as a "pattern" for beads but are missing much of the beadwork. The dress is 8 ft long even with exact measurements. The neckline was so incorrectly designed my own tailor could not come up with a way to alter it which is what Lucy Dresses insisted upon before even discussing a refund. No full refunds, even though we studied refund policy had plenty of time and had a tailor confirming the lask of any skilled workmanship. My tailor vouched for all the poor workmanship and refused to take any alterations on. Prom dresses are expensive enough, but do not be fooled by online companies such as Lucy Dresses. There refund policy is not correct and you will never get a full refund. I give them one star for prompt delivery which I paid extra for to avoid other hassles seen in other reviews. Do not expect anything but poor quality and poor customer relations.

I received my dress it fits perfect. I ordered it one size bigger just in case and I'm glad I did because I did not anticipate the inner lining. It is in perfect condition and it's very good quality. I am very confortable in it. This is the first itme I have ever ordered anything online and I am very happy. I will definitly order again from this site and I strongly recommend it. It took a month and a week for shippment but it was well worth it.
