Many years I buy my supplements and vitamins, from USA shipping worldwide. They have such a big range of choices... I love it. Very professional and nice!
After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. Web pages load very slowly. The "Contact Us" link on their website only gives a mailing address. Employees say they don't think there is any problem.
I found lucky vitamin through a friend and have ordered a couple of times but often find myself deciding it's easier and just as inexpensive to just pick standard staples up. I like good values and often shop when I get a discount code but inevitably, it is not in the too short timeframe of three days and the code expires. Then I call customer service, let them do the order all over (because they can't see my cart) and then I get discount. Too cumbersome compared to most every other online shopping experience. Why is three days the magic number? People travel, they aren't out of products etc. Give me some time to get the discount and shop at MY convenience and I will take the time to browse all your interesting products and likely buy more. This review process annoying as well... I can't seem to post without registering for site jabber? I care enough about lucky vitamin to do it, but don't think I should be forced to for my review to post. Will unsubsribe immediately
I enjoy the competitive prices and the variety of products available. I have been ordering for a few years now and I love it. The Auto Ship is also a great idea so you don't have to remember to order. The only problem is the shipping process and the time it takes to receive your order. Not too pleased with this aspect of the website.
Item was on back order so took awhile to get it, then when I received it, the item was leaking in the box, sticker attached to bottle was oily couldn't see what it was and papers inside the box under the bottle were full of oil as well. Over all I'm glad I was able to recieve and still have a little more than half the bottle left and my money didnt go to waste
Website is very slow, need to improve on the response time and speed to ensure a more pleasant online buying experience. Packaging also needs improvement, especially when shipping liquids, shampoos, etc. Attention and care in packaging will help prevent inconvenience for both parties. Other than that, pricing and variety of product offerings are still very good at Lucky Vitamin and I order my supplements online almost every month!
I just tried to check out with PayPal and it said with some of my purchase (I did not use auto ship) I couldn't use it. I hate paying any other way. I've had too many issues with it. I usually have an easier time checking out but it wouldn't let me use PayPal for some dumb reason. Not happy with that but ordered any way. I also wish they had better deals-10% off if you spend $100? Not that great of a deal, at least give 10% off for smaller amounts, people would buy more-I know I would.
I mainly use Lucky Vitamin to find products that I can't find in other stores in my area. I like to shop for the best unit price; so, I like the way that Lucky Vitamin shows pricing. I can see what the advantages are to buying multiples of the same item. Because I often buy more than I need, I don't usually fret about the amount of time that back-ordered items take to ship, but they sometimes take a long while: That turnaround time could be better. And I noticed that a few of the products that I was looking for were not on the Web site this time, even though other items from the company are still featured, and I probably could find those items at another store.(I was looking for Everyone's Unscented Body Lotion and the corresponding soap.) I think that the rewards for having an account are pretty slow to pay off; so, that could be better, too. I think that if Lucky Vitamin included small samples of product, especially product similar to what the customer purchased, in the shipped orders, this might improve the customer's experience, especially since the service seems to be geared towards educating customers, which is another feature of the Web site that I appreciate. All in all, I had a good shopping experience, but I had to give up on a few of the items that I was originally looking for, and some improvements could be made.
Today I ordered a Bottle of Aqua Flora; therefore I can not honestly rate the company. However, I felt that it would be fair to stay somewhat in the middle of my ratings. After I placed my order I noticed the Recent Reviews of some of Lucky Vitamin Customers. Some were positive and others were negative. Since this is my first order I don't know what to expect; but I am optimistic and hoping to have a good positive experience with this company.
I just finished my second time ordering the same product from your website (Alter Eco Super Dark Blackout Bars). For some reason, it didn't recognize me as a repeat customer and since there are apparent benefits to repeat customers, that was a disappointment. Other than that, your pricing is reasonably competitive and your free shipping is a great money saver. Keep it up.
One jug was ruptured. The fat head FedEx diver knew it was leaking and set it at my gate and ran as fast as she could. By the time I walked to the gate she was the road, Not happy. I have damaged Merchandise.
Products & selection are good, but I still dislike using the website. When I go through "my regimen" (about 95 items) and make a change, it flips me back to the top every time. In addition, when I selected "view details" for items listed as "(priced) too low to show", the entire system locked up. I tried to "back track & go forward" numerous times to no avail, finally risked a "refresh" and was lucky to get my "check out" screen again. In the past, my entire order has disappeared quite a few times, so now I print out the entire order (a waste of paper) before finalizing the order so as to ensure that I don't have to start over.
While searching for a discount code, the process of check out had to be continually renewed as each code was used. It is tedious having to practically start the check out process each time, could be frustrating if a person allows it to be. Overall though, the prices were very competitive, nice variety of products and I will definitely order from this website again depending on how items ordered arrive.
I bought several Jason winters tea boxes online, the process was fast and easy, but I was not told it was a backorder and it took easily over 2 weeks to get them to me
I have been a customer for years and love to order from them however for over a year they have had a terrible back order issue. The bad thing is there is no way online to cancel a back order. You must call customer service to cancel a back order and good luck getting through to them. They will leave it on back order and most of the time they will finally cancel it themselves.
I am satisfied with the price and ease of online ordering. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin many times, but this time the shampoo, conditioner and other liquid items spilled all inside the box. I was disappointed to see the tops were not secured properly for shipping. I hope this problem will be remedied for my future purchases and for others.
Price is very reasonable, however the shipping is ridiculous. Took two weeks to ship from Ohio to California while other serve provides almost three days delivery.
There was a shipping delay. I ordered one shipping package that was over $200. It supposed to be delivered in 7 days but delayed. That was pretty disappointing. When there's any delay, Amazon expedite the delivery on their cost and that is obviously great experience to many people. I hope you guys seriously update this big part of service and that might attract many customers.
I tried placing another order and again I had trouble. My order was there and when I went to place it the order was gone. I was so frustrated I gave up and planned on calling the next day. But on The next day I get a message saying my order was being processed! I also wanted to use a coupon which I was told by a rep., I couldn't use coupons due to auto ship. I placed a new order and used my coupons!
Having worked in a natural foods store, I know the cost of these products. Most are great buys but the customer service leaves room for improvement. The people you communicate with over the phone & internet are helpful promise you excellent results.
The follow through is virtually non-existent every time I contact them. Even A $5 discount I earned took 3 calls, a text message & a bad review to finally get my reward.
I had received an email stating that I would get a 10% discount on my next order if I did it within 2 days, which I did... only to find out that if I did not purchase certain items, the discount did not apply. As a person with a degree in journalism and decades of experience writing and editing, I feel like this was a come-on and I will most likely look elsewhere for a good deal on vitamins. After not using you for years, I had finally decided that you were the best place to get vitamins, but I certainly do not think that now.
I gave 3 stars because of the false advertising. I've price shopped for the Ashwagandha by Organic India, and 3 out of 4 ads for your prices were much lower than on your website. This is not only misleading, but frustrating. I have added a picture to show. And, I checked to see if this was the 10% off prices for autoship, and it was not Please Google the product for both 90 count and 180 count, then click on the link and you'll see what I'm talking about.
It takes me over an hour to place an order that should take 15 minutes. You cannot change quantities in the cart. I had to delete product and go find it and add it again.
This is just ridiculous. Cart takes 3 minutes to update if you can change quantity. I dread ordering from Lucky Vitamin. Takes forever to get orders delivered. Other companies take 1-3 days. Something is always on backorder.
My order for several bottles of Mrs Meyer hand soap arrived with one bottle less than I had ordered. After a very long hold time when I called customer service, the agent handled the issue very well and the missing bottle arrived a few days later. Need better quality control for shipping items.
I have the hardest time navigating this website. Also, their packaging is always less than desirable. I want to organize the list but it only gives me one page of products then spits me back out to the main page. Trying to enter a different credit card is next to impossible too.
I wish there was a function to delete previously used cards. Makes me question the security. I've learned to order things that don't have liquid because when they arrive the liquid will be all over the other products. The company is good about replacing the liquid item but it doesn't account for the goop all over everything else.
Your website will not allow me to change my city or my province fields.
Also it will not allow me to add promo code, I'm sure I did not purchase any of the restricted products to get the volume discount.
