I searched several other website for the same product and all others were out of stock, grossly overpriced or shipping was expensive. Only here did I find the product I was looking for at a good price and fair deal.

They offer some great products and many prices even beat Amazon! For example, the Lucky Vitamin brand Gymnema sylvestre I take every day contains the exact same ingredient as what I'd been taking, but at a lower price per dose. Their Green Tea extract also has MUCH lower caffeine than any other brand I've seen- a plus for caffeine-sensitive consumers.

All went as expected. No problems. Happy to be able to get supplements by remote order. Also happy for the discount.

When I need to find an item for a better price than retail, I KNOW I will likely find it at LuckyVitamin. Though we do find the best deals through our organic buying co-op, I can only order there once a month and then wait for 7-8 days for the truck to deliver at a drop point 1.5 hrs away from our home. When I am in a pinch, LuckyVitamin usually delivers on what I need.

I have a standing order for 3 containers Eos wipes every other month. We were getting a bit close to running out so I initiated an extra order and inadvertently started another standing order. Your customer service is obviously located out of country and I struggled to explain my situation. When I completed the call I was certain that the second standing order had been deleted but was uncertain whether I was going to receive my interim order. A couple days later I got a notification that the order had shipped and everything was fine, but the customer service was a bit challenging.

Haven't received my first order but everything has been great so far - incredibly easy to manoeuvre through site and order. Thanks!

You can find high quality products on Lucky Vitamin at the lowest prices with free shipping. I think they are great. I don't like that you can't resolve issues with your order through their 800 # any more the online chat is frustrating. Please bring back live customer service people I can talk to.

Only problem is... I wish you listed the supplements by what they are good for. So you would educate the public as well. Attach articles about the supplements so we can shop smart and healthier.

I was searching and searching for appropriate safe remedies as neither my dog or I can take alcohol and wow found Lucky Vitamin. I think a fair price and good quality so i will shop with them again

Wide selection of products. Had to find a weird hand soap because the typical ones are on backorder right now, but that's understandable given the current global pandemic situation. I like the store brand products for cutting costs. I wanted to find a vegetarian collagen supplement but they only offer plant-based collagen building peptides. I've seen algae-based collagen products elsewhere, but Lucky Vitamin had everything else I needed. I'm excited to try the new products when they come in. It seems like delivery will take about a week.

The website was easy to use. I ordered more lotion so I could get free shipping. Hopefully, my items will come in a timely manner.

I love how Lucky Vitamin's product selection and have found many things I like here. I have found a lot of items are on back order and sometimes take a long time to arrive. The $49 dollar minimum order is too high for me. I don't buy that many vitamins all at once. So, if I only need one or two items, I have to go elsewhere to avoid the shipping. A $25 dollar minimum order for free shipping would be much better.

Placed my first order. Good website, easy navigation. Decent prices compared to most web order. Looking forward to shopping some more when I run out of other supplements.

Pros: Good products available at a reasonable price and international shipping works for me.
Cons: standard repply on e-mails- takes a bit of time before someone reads it and gives a suitable answer/ it' no possible to cancel an order: I'm having trouble on refunding (order from first week of July returned to them from customs, it's november, they've received back and I was not reimbursed yet)

Pretty good website. Slow and locks up sometimes. Generally shows me what I am looking for. The ordering process is better than it used to be.
