Lucidpress

Created a free account, got to the page with templates. Selected the types I was looking for and then it slowed down to a stop and I had to turn off my computer because all of a sudden, firefox stopped responded and my pc froze.

I did not pay for it but I had to use it for a school project it is slow and you can not copy and paste a pic you need to insert it and i am going to say this again but it is so slow

Horrible program. Each month it gets worse and worse. Takes up too much memory and you can't even crop a photo unless you resize the whole thing! I have been using it for 4 years and it just does not work any more. I'm tired of pulling out my hair. I'm done!

Its like roadrage when Lucidpress messed up my bank account, trying to secretly cashin on unapproved funds, when I plainly cancelled their free trial two days after acceptance. I even deleted the account at the same time, but sadlylike a thief and a bank robber they forcefully attempted to cash grab money from my account, now holding me hostage with so many other people with their(ill)legal FREE offer. This ludacris behavior needs to stop.

It is not by my failure as I acted well within the approved time limit to not only cancel payment but also to delete my profile. Sadly they billed me for a year, without notifications. Also they kept my profile going without deletion against the Europian new laws of privacy laws.

This experience taught me Lucidpress is not into CUSTOMER care, EXCELLENCE of service or GOOD programming, but rather money grabbing by trial and error. No one should invest, support or empower company policies that operates like a schemes instead of good business.
